I ordered anemone bulbs Hollandia and Duet ( bicolor) these are both red and white. I only have red or white or red and white flowers in my garden. They sent lord lieutenant instead of the Duet. These flowers are purple and are neither use or ornament to me. Why do they do this.why not contact to say they do not have what you ordered. Will not be using again.
Absolutely shocking from ordering to delivery, ordered 7 items 5 were replacements. I paid full price to receive items that were now reduced.
Delivery was delayed, had NO notification to advise of this, I had to do the chasing, I paid 33.96 for my order, the cost of what I received was 25.18 as they are all the reduced stock plus I ordered 8 items and received 7.
They don’t look the best either, will I order again? Most certainly not! Lesson learnt!
I placed an order on 21 March for a number of flowers. I received a Royal Mail notification a few days later informing me a label had been created and they would let me know when they received the package from Harding & Bloom. As yet the package has not arrived, nearly 2 months later. The flowers I ordered were to be gifts for weddings and birthdays I had coming up. I was eventually successful in reaching customer services via email (after having several automated responses and being ignored on instagram) and receiving communication that my package would be posted soon and I would be kept updated. I have not been kept updated. Only one of the items I orders shows as in stock on the website. I have requested a refund and hope to receive it shortly.

They don't even deserve a1 star
They took my money 5 weeks ago...no parcel
They said 3 weeks ago it was lost in post and would send another but despite asking 4 times for proof of posting for 2nd parcel... nothing.Asked for a refund... nothing.
So I reported to my bank and they have refunded me and they are chasing the company...

Had very poor service and should have read review's first , item did not arrive and was promised another, never arrived requested refund but told it’s in review.
As a previous customer time to take them to court under consumer act

Here is an update regarding my requested refund following my previous 2 posts :- I wrote to H&B on 08/05/26 advising that due to their non-compliance with the 14 day rule for requested refunds under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that I was intending to take them to the Small Claims Court to claim full and final redress, including a claim for reimbursement of Court fees and an amount for the stress caused, and that I was also reporting them to Trading Standards. And surprise, surprise an email came the following day (09/05/26) to advise that my refund had been sent, and I finally received it yesterday (11/05/26). I would urge all of you who are in the same position to do the same. I should add here that I would absolutely have gone through with the Court action had they not sent my refund, as this was not just about the refund per se, it was about their modus operandi and appalling behaviour. I will NEVER order from H&B again, and I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

So three weeks after leaving this review, I have still not received a full refund. This company are 100% the worst I have dealt with. They think it’s okay to charge me the delivery fee for goods that I never received! Order was placed on 17th March and I’m still waiting! Please read all reviews before wasting your money and time as you won’t receive the items purchased! I’ll look forward to your reply Harding & Bloom but I look forward to my full refund more.

Website easy to navigate. All items were good value. Bulbs / tubers were all packaged and labelled and arrived within the time scale. Communication regarding order status and delivery was helpful.

Do not order from this company, I still haven’t received my order after sending 3 emails (non replied to), however, they managed to send me an email asking me to rate them, will never order from this company again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I have to say my experience with Harding and Bloom has not been a good one. My order took 21 days to even be processed and took weeks for replies to complaint emails which were apparently escalated to management but never were. When I requested a refund as my bulbs would not arrive to be planted in time for this year and wanting also delivery cost refunded as it took over their delivery time stated on the website this has been refused to be added to my refund. Throughout all the delays I had no contact from them letting me know and I also requested a refund and to cancel my order before it was even sent out due to the delayed timings and they still sent the order out 10 days after escalation to management. Now I’m out of pocket and have bulbs I can not use.

I made this purchase in march and nearly two month later have not received my order and have had no updates. I have filled in the online form multiple times to enquire and had no reply. Really poor service. I would not recommend your company and find it ironic i have been asked to right a review when no one reply to my queries.

I ordered on April 7th and after a few emails it arrived but only after I requested a refund because it didnt arrive for 4wks.
Let's hope they grow and were worth the wait

I absolutely would not recommend this company. There is zero customer service and you can’t speak to anyone. The left hand don’t know what the right hand is doing and email replies are clearly AI generated. I only received the plants after leaving a poor review on Trustpilot. Do not use this company-check out other reviews.

Overall…despite people l giving rave reviews all over social media…I am left dismayed and seriously not sure I’d bother to use them again.

Absolutely disgusting - over 3 weeks to deliver - i even asked for a refund & yet they still sent out the bulbs - 2 weeks after i had asked for a refund - customer service is atrocious - i will never purchase from this company again

I placed and order with this company but am yet to receive it
I have contacted them 3 times but received the same generic reply which is not acceptable they do not answer any phone calls
The corms I ordered will be way past the planting stage should I ever receive them
I have asked for a refund but get the same generic reply beginning to think I have been scammed
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as non delivery seems to be a trait of theirs
I definitely would NOT recommend ever ordering from them

Placed an order on 22/4/26 supposed to be sent out same day ... filled out 3 contact forms first 2 replies stated delivery would be week commencing 4/5/26 then I got reply to 3 contact stating order would be dispatched 23/4/26 which was weeks ago. It's now 8/5/26 and still no plants or dispatch notice. Absolute joke ... read reviews and avoid this company

They claimed that the bulbs I ordered weren’t of the quality they expected and that they would be shipped at a later date. That date never came, I chased my order with them several times and the only time I got a response was when I mentioned that I would stop payment or demand a refund. In the end, my order was never received and I will never order from them again.
