So preordered an item and told me the dispatch date. Come the day the staff tell me that they never promise a actual date and its another ten days on top of that to dispatch. Although they did offer to exchange for a ready to ship item, there was nothing i liked so After a lot of back and forth on instagram and telling me and my sister different information, they offered a refund to which I accepted. I said the anxiety of not knowing when my clothes will come esp before Eid and it not fitting was too much. When i asked how long this will take? No answer. And still nothing since then. Emailed multiple of times. Had to contact my bank company to open a case regarding the money they took. I saw a shipment dispatched and told royal mail to deliver back to them as I am not returning the goods as i do not have the time. Plus I dont want them to assume I kept the order. Royal mail cant even track the item so god knows what has happened. Customer service is ridiculous. They are posting on instagram every hour but don't respond to messages after they realise what I wanted. Steer clear. Overpriced items. I was on this site as a last resort. But wont recommend to anyone I know.

Update: after bombarding them with messages someone responded on messenger. They sent me a prepaid label and the parcel was delivered although it should have been cancelled. I told them I would open the parcel to see for any damages but will return to them asap for a refund. They said the refund took time die to peak times which is nonsense. The clothing is not authentic AT ALL. Cheap quality and so sheer its not wearable. I did not try on the clothing but checked for damages before it gets pinned back onto me. Will be returning tomorrow

The customer service is really really poor. My order arrived today but it is way too big, I've tried contacting haniya's but their number is invalid. MASSIVE RED FLAG!!!!
They only communicate via e-mail & are apparently not available on call!!!
All I want is to exchange my suit, how difficult is that now a days???
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Not worth the hassle especially with the prices your paying.
I don't know what to do about this suit now.
I think I will contact consumer advice.

Design and stitching quality is good but they use cheap quality fabric. Delivered on time.

Is crap definitely not originals I don’t care how much they say they are. Overpriced and don’t dispatch your items even a week after you placed the order. I was waiting ages for my suits.

Ordered a dress which in the pic showed was a green bridal dress with a trail. When I received was a typical long A-line dress. I called and the answer was we didnot have enough cloth to make the trail dress so we stitched like this and that too was an email answer. Nothing till now is done about it. They charged me shipping on it and if I send it back I have to pay shipping. Absolutely stupid.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered an outfit for eid in April and it came 2/3 days before Eid (I didn’t mind as I anticipated the delay). However when it came I was so disappointed. The item looked NOTHING like the picture and to top it all off the trousers were a different size to the top. I’m a XL and the trousers were a large and someone had handwritten in blue pen X to make it look like XL. So I complained to them on Instagram and they told me to email them, which I did. They asked me to return it and that they would issue a refund. I waited 2 weeks and chased them up on the refund only to be told my return had been rejected as I had worn the outfit?! Please can someone tell me how a woman is XL can fit into a size L trousers?? They are definitely FRAUDULENT and need to be investigated. I would urge everyone to open a small business claim and to open a dispute with their bank so the company can be investigated. I wish nothing but the worst for the everyone who works for this “company”.

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. Fake branded clothes and poor stitching. Rubbish and expensive!!!!

Please please be careful of this company. Take your money but nothing. Then block you from everything so you can’t contact them if you complain or try asking them. No phone service which goes to voicemail, no reply back.. just automated replies.. they say they are closed but active on social media trying to sell more products just to take your money.. be careful please..

BEWARE DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM

I ordered my clothes a month ago and delivery was suppose to happen mid April. I emailed them several times and they kept telling me it will be sent this week. Then week after it will be sent this week. But nothing, they sent me an email eventually stating that one of the outfits won’t arrive because PIA airlines are limited because of COVID and they are transferring their deliveries to DHL, when asked why they are not sending the other outfit so I can at least have something for eid, no reply from them. So they let me down for eid, worst part they do not communicate anything to you. I asked them for a refund so I can buy my eid clothes from somewhere else no mention of a refund from them. Instead to show that they are sympathetic they asked me to order something from the express delivery section. When you email to tell them That you do not like anything just refund me and there is no reply from them.

They are the typical Pakistani company who just want your money and hate giving refunds and try every possible way to make things difficult. I paid through Klarna and will get in touch with them and will make sure haniyas refunds me as the clothes are no longer needed.

Why can’t things just be easy where they can refund people and apologise for what’s happened. Instead of still trying to take peoples monies. I spent over £200 and they don’t even care because all they want is your money not bothered whether your eid is ruined or to refund you so you have the chance to buy elsewhere, utter disgrace. I will be taking things further. No costumer service and their phone number is always offline so you can never reach them absolutely ridiculous

I ordered an outfit from them the delivery is taking ages on the item and i needed it asap, but they could not give me a date as to when it will be shipped. So i have now asked them to give me a refund and to not bother posting it out to me as i will just refuse delivery. Now they are not replying to my emails for my refund. Luckily i have paid via klarna so i they will have to give me my refund as i have my emails as proof that i wanted to cancel the order.
Do not buy from this company unless you want lack of communication from a company.

Beware it is complete con website they show you original and send you replica worst quality. And also never return your money you have to order something from them .

I had ordered 2 outfits from this website. My first one ripped on the day. I complained to their customer service with proof which ripped from the bottom of my trouser ‘pencha’ and they said we haven’t recieved ur email u sent before. I then demanded for a refund and tried calling them and they never answer and they wouldn’t accept this.

Do not order from here as even though the outfits may look nice they are replicas and there customer service is extremely rubbish and disgraceful!

I am utterly disappointed as they do not value customers money or even clothing and said to me we can’t do anything for u, as you have worn the item. But, ‘hello’ why has it ripped from an unusual place from the pencha on day 1 because it is cheap material and replicas.

Literally paid 40$ extra for express shipping for 3 suits that totaled $450. Already overpriced, but I ended up getting only one suit and it arrived so late! What did I pay the 2 day shipping for if you're going to take 2 weeks??
And if that's not bad enough, I have emailed them repeatedly showing pictured of the package with only one suit and saying it's ok if it's late, whatever, but just send me the remaining products so I don't end up paying $450 for one Lawn suit. They not only denied my request and are telling ME that I received it, but they told my credit card company when I disputed it that I received them too. OK IF I RECEIVED IT THEN WHERE IT AT??? WHY WOULD I BE GOING THROUGH THIS HEADACHE IF I HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR??

Thank you Haniyas for delivering my Eid suit so quick. I ordered on the 25th and received my outfit today in Australia. Super service and suits.

DO NOT ORDER it has taken 6 weeks and still has not been delivered, my next step in the next 2 weeks will be legal proceedings

Would not recommend buying from Haniya’s, they will take your money but not ship your items. I brought two suits from them, upon arrival there was only one in the package. I called for three days no one picked up, emailed regarding this and did not get a response for weeks. Once I got a response it was unhelpful and they did not help at all (how could they when they scam and take your money themselves). They blamed it on RoyalMail and an issue during transit which was false (never had an issue with RoyalMail before). They took £100+ from me and are now refusing to refund me this money despite knowing they did not send my suit. There are many other reliable and trustworthy shops out there where you should shop from, refrain from doing so here. You will not get your money back or clothes. Awful awful service, never had such an experience before!! Stay well away unless you want fraudsters taking your money and claiming to send your clothes to you. Vile. Will be reporting them so hopefully no one has to experience what myself and others have had to experience.
