Complete fraudulent company. They have now opened up as The Studio, Haniyas in the same place known as Haniyas Boutique. Same people. However Haniyas boutique is dissolved and the new company isn’t even registered anywhere in the UK. 4 months now for one suit and over one month for the other four. I went to their shop and was told they don’t deal with online orders meaning there is no other way to contact them apart from that email Which for months now has a technical glitch but strangely their promotions are still being sent daily via email. I have served them with legal notice and intention of civil claim. Hopefully courts will deal with this. Please be aware and please don’t waste your money here. Their online orders are a scam and they still run this online service under the banner of the dissolved company.

Placed my order 3 months ago, I sent a number of emails and Facebook DMs, received false promises a couple of times and they will simply ignore you after !!! They should be banned from UK . Appalling customer service after spending hundreds of £££

They should be banned from UK now as they are the biggest scam. I ordered a dress which was not coming on time so I had to cancel the order. They took my money and its more than a month now but they are not returning my money back despite so many emails.
They can take your money straight away no matter if the dress is coming after 2 months but they can not return your money straight away, even not after a month. They are biggest scam.

DO NOT use their klarna service if you cancel order 28 DAYS for a refund that’s if you’re lucky appalling that they got klarna for overseas but cannot refund in 10 days even a big thumbs down 👎

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. I cancelled my order the same day as I had then come across the bad reviews. I was told my order had been cancelled no items were dispatched and I would get a refund within 28 working days. I’ve chased my refund and now they are refusing it!

Don’t bother ordering. They will take your money and not respond to either emails or dms. Order placed in December, yet no response and no updates on the order. Save your money. They won’t respond to queries or updates on orders but will continually send out promotional emails. Shocking professionalism. Would not recommend

Very poor customer service. I ordered outfit wasn't as expected as it was on pictures I returned it was emailed and told will receive refund on 17th January 2024. I have contacted them numerous times via email now getting ignored no response from them. I have receipt of returns tracking all the emails of their confirmation they recieved item. But not willing to refund. I would think twice before ordering from here again.

Please do not order sell replicas awful clothes wont accept that they replicas but I got it confirmed a friend has bought it directly from kanwal malik website and its beautiful the replica is very bad. Order directly from designers not from Haniyas.

My return got rejected 2 and a half months later, stating the item shows sign of wear, use and damage when the item has not been worn once!! Avoid shopping from this store as you will not be able to return unworn items.

Very Poor customer service. First they took 40days to deliver my stuff and it is not the same which I have ordered. Returned and waiting for refund from last 2 weeks.

Poor customer service, sent 2 suits back and they didn't even issue refund. One of the suit was used and pre worn with lipstick and foundation marks. I took pictures and sent them as soon as I opened pack, they emailed me saying yes they will issue refund now They have sent me suit back saying I used it and they're not issuing refund. Poor customer service. Please avoid them, they accuse people of lying.

I’ve ordered a dress in march and it was a pre order and was told that I should expect it by 28th or April and now it’s nearly mid of may still not revived my dress. I used to get reply to my emails before but last 3 emails I’ve sent I don’t even get a reply any more. That’s 90 pounds down the drain.
Please avoid in all cost ans I will make sure I raise this on every single platform possible.

Always ordered from here I recently bought a suit didn’t fit returned it recorded delivery. They keep saying they didn’t receive it, now I sent an email of the receipt aswell there saying they did t get that email want tracking number I misplaced receipt as I thought I’ve already emailed them. They keep asking for tracking number or won’t respond at all £79.99 gone down the drain

If I could give them a 0 star I would, I ordered my outfit from here for Eid aw the website stated it would be Eid delivery guarantee and would get dispatched on the 12th April, however it got dispatched the week later and did not come in time for Eid. Despite asking customer service numerous times when this will arrive. I have asked for a refund several times and they refuse to give me one! Anyone thinking of buying from here, just don’t. I recommend other places like house of faiza and iluvdesigner. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This is my second review for this store/boutique. I purchased two dress from time expecting to get the best quality for the price I paid but unfortunately I had to keep exchanging about 5 dress because they Do not offer refund and I paid more money for return postage than actual cloths. Finally I bought a suit for Eid and I kept it even I did not like that fabric and the colour and it has few stitching defectives . I wore the dress for and hour and the color transformed all over my body and it cause me allergy reaction also it ruined my new Apple Watch strips. Plz avoid this store it caused me anxiety 😟 wanted to add pic but can’t unfortunately

If I could I would not even give 1 star, ordered clothes on 15th July 2022 said dispatch 28 days after order, didn’t mention it will take a further 2 weeks after 28 days for order to be delivered, 1 outfit came did not look anything at all like in the picture.
Now I’m chasing no reply from them, please avoid DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago- expected to get it within 3-5 days. They initially responded to emails but now ignoring them completely. False promises. No customer services and just keeping the money. First experience and the worst I’ve ever had. Other sites offer a much better service and don’t rip you off or ignore you.

Original suit ordered 9th may it was cancelled from company and refunded 1st June if I was in this situation where I couldn’t provide a customer with a choice of suit after the customer has paid for it and had waited 4 weeks I would have emailed them straight away to apologise and give her some more options for other availabilities on this occasion I wasn’t infomed they had the cheek to cancel my suit after I waited four weeks but on the website it said 3 to 5 working days you will receive your delivery
After numerous occasion of getting in touch with Royal Mail they had said there’s been a code generated however your parcel hasn’t yet let Nottingham it is still sat in their depot since the 6th of May come on guys I have three kids in-laws talk after I don’t have time to keep on chasing this up you should be informing me what’s going on you’re such a big company You should have a telephone number so customers can speak to somebody rather than a robot

I was always getting in touch with the company to find out to see what was going on 2nd outfit was ordered on the 1st of June and cancelled after 18 days today And this outfit was the original outfit that I ordered first time but they cancelled it still said online it wasnt in stock
So again The second outfit was placed on the 1st of June and on the 18 June they cancelled and refunded so two times in a row they have cancelled my outfit is it how you treat customers I will not recommend anybody to get anything from this company if you have a urgent wedding to go to even though my party isn’t until the end of June but I ordered my outfit well in advance I have been let down twice

I don't buy from here as often as other websites, but when I have, the order has always arrived on time. Stitching and sizing have always been good too.
Having said that, I've never had to deal with customer service or had to return an item.
