Not the same quality as used to be
I chose habitat as in the past the build quality had been excellent. Although the overall look of my bedside table looks nice I would not buy again. Viols quality poor, the back of the table didn’t fit or line up correctly and same with one of the drawers. For £150 item I would expect better quality.

The shopping and ordering experience was good, delivery on time, drivers helpful. I was disappointed by the quality of the bed-frame. It was not an expensive bed but there were some quality issues and while I’m satisfied with the result, it took longer to build that it should and the finish is very average

This Noodle rug in grey was ideal for our garden room , blended nicely with our brown and cream ceramic tiles, the cord roughness of the rug is liked very much by our dachshund Jenson ..I am sure it will be comfy , warm and hard wearing ..a super buy ! Very quick delivery to store by Habitat.

Late delivery, poor communication
Organised a specific date for delivery due to big open day for new business. Driver reported couldn’t gain access, despite the door being staffed and doors being open. I called to understand why and was told the lorry was too big to stop. I was told that a smaller lorry would be sent in a week’s time.
What is frustrating is that we have now missed the grand opening, but even more enjoying is that the next delivery lorry is still going to stop where the first one should have done. It is a simple case of the driver not being bothered.
The driver didn’t call to work something out, he just left.
The full address was given, so I’m struggling to understand how you scheduled a drop at a location that you can’t deliver to.
I would appreciate an explanation, an apology and some compensation.

Awful experience.
Sent a clearly used and returned item as though it was new, complete with damage and footprint.
Cannot complain except by post, according to call centre. Archaic.
Sent an 88kg very large package. No common sense at all.
Even a couple of steep steps and this is not getting inside in one piece.
Terrible
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Confirms their complaints process is not fit for purpose by not addressing the matter.

Still not arrived
My purchase was supposed to arrive on Saturday and it is now Tuesday. The Evri site tells me it’s on its way but not yet out for delivery. I am sure it will be lovely when it arrives but the delivery firm are not living up to what was stated when I purchased it.
