When responding to their emails, the email bounced. There is no contact email, number, or form on their website. The products seem to be drop shipped. And they charged a pending charge to my card 3x since the order date.

Their site advertises for merchandise they don't have. And, in this case it was a painting advertised at $3,750, they state "no refunds". So, after they take your money for something they don't have and can't ship, you then have to chase them to get a refund.
They "decline" bad reviews
I was disappointed because the flatware I'd purchased felt cheap; too light to be stainless steel. My 2-star review was "declined" by Gracious Style, with the suggestion to submit a new review. They also declined the 2nd review. Neither review contained any profanity or anything out of line. I won't patronize these rip-off artists again.

Could not rate zero stars. Gracious style is not at all “gracious”. Indeed they are delusional. Recommend not to do any business with this worst of the worst vendors. Customer “service” is not in their play book. Photos of their merchandise are NOT accurate. Colors ordered are not necessarily what is sent. If you need to return they require that items must be in original packaging and postage must be paid by customer. Further is your return is not acceptable they will return to you and charge return shipping costs. The indicative “stay clear of Gracious Style” is the fact that they will deny and erase any negative reviews posted to the “ Verfied Reviews” site. You will likely not be happy doing business with this vendor. BEWARE!!!

Nice frame, but $75 and a month wait, look elsewhere unless budget and time mean nothing.

Absolutely ridiculous policy of NO CANCELLATIONS on orders, I submitted an order only to learn that it will take 5 months to fulfill. In what world, is that reasonable with a no-cancel policy and no advance notice of extended fulfillment situation?
Wrong order delivered and no solution in sight.
Ordered 3 bookcases here over a different company with the same product. Wish I had chosen differently. My order came and it was all wrong. They gave me things I didn't order and didn't give me all of the things that I actually DID order. Customer service is only available through email and they answer relatively quickly, but don't actually provide a solution or specific information. Rather a generic "thank you for your patience, we are working on it". It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't know if I will ever get my original order, and yet I paid in full for it. I don't know what else to do. I do not recommended this place.

Herend piece shipped with no box or certificate. No way to authenticate this is a real piece of Herend. It was purchased as a gift. Looks like I got it at a Hallmark store. Very disappointed. Emailed support and reply stated no boxes and no certificates. Hard to believe Herend is ok with this.

One of the bowls I received had a manufacturing crack only visible once the bowl was washed and water soaked into it. Since there was no damage to the packaging and everything looked fine I didn’t save the packaging. Gracious style are refusing to handle my claim because they want to file against UPS but it’s not a shipping issue it’s a manufacturing issue. Very frustrating - I DO NOT RECOMMEND - poor business. Expect more from a fine furnishings supplier!
BUYER BEWARE
Would not order from this company again. I did my homework called and emailed them prior to placing an order, to ensure I could get my order in time for my husband’s birthday. They assured me by email and verbally that they would deliver in time, I followed up times via e-mails and verbally.
I was willing to pay expedited shipping from their NY warehouse to make it happen. Long story, despite numerous emails and phone calls to them, my order arrived 3 days late. They opted to send it via ground shipping (10 days). This is unacceptable at every level. Pay a little more but find a supplier who actually puts the money with a mouth is.

I received them smashed in bits, emailed the company EIGHT times with photos included with no reply. Only after saying I would file a fraudulent claim with my credit card and leave a negative review was I replied to immediately, saying that they had no record of me trying to contact them, and only after I sent another 10 photos would they resolve the situation. Please note I included photos of the packaging and broken glass in all my previous emails. I also got another charge on my card 7 days after the damaged package was delivered for $63.47 - FRAUD!!! PLEASE buy from somewhere else, this company sells nothing unique, only other companies items that you can purchase directly through their site - I wish I had done this and would never shop with them again.

I purchased a jay strongwater limited edition Christmas ornament. By my mistake I ordered two. I phoned to make arrangements to return one. No problem but there is a 20% restocking and even though you r keeping one we will charge you shipping.so I print out the return label and then I pay to return and they revoke the free original shipping. I reported this toJay Strongwater Co. they apologized and said they would speaker to management. We shall see. I have never been treated with restocking fees or revoking free shipping on a sale when I returned a sale. I wonder how stable this company is.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered a tablecloth from them but they sent me the wrong one. In order to get the correct one, I had to send them a photo of the wrong item, and then they would supposedly contact their warehouse which would eventually send me a return label. It has been days since I started the process and nothing has happened yet. I can’t believe they get away with this. Not sure I will ever get the correct tablecloth at this point and will be stuck with one I don’t want.
Awful service from Gracious Style
Judging by the other reviews, I can see that everyone else has also suffered an awful experience and service from Gracious Style. Trust me, they call themselves Gracious. They don't know the meaning of the word. As follows:
1. They sent the wrong flatware, even though it was perfectly clear what I required from the name of the item I ordered and the picture of the product on the order page. Pure stupidity! 2. The customer service agent refuses to put a name on their email correspondences, so you never know who you are dealing with. 3. Their website refuses to recognise my order, so I cannot arrange to send back and arrange a replacement. Summary - I have sent them an email and have yet to find out whether I will receive their legendary bad service in resolving this situation. One thing is clear, this company including management, don't care about their customers. Save yourself the grief, shop somewhere else!
Poor quality, and bad customer service.
I purchased a nightstand from graciousstyle.com and the veneer started peeling off in one corner after only a month and a half. It caught on my pocket as I sat down and a corner of the veneer broke off. I contacted them about this manufacturing quality issue and they decided that it's not their fault that they sold me a product that was defective. They do not stand by the quality of their products.

horrible company. they give misinformation about shipping dates. charge customer for partial orders. once orders are shipped incorrectly, expect customer to do the work to return and pay for return shipment. I had to contact vendor for any help whatsoever. rude agents. will never shop here again. even contacted leadership. no interest in helping at all!
