I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Homeessentialdirect.com has been beyond frustrating.
I ordered an ECM Fan Control Board for my HVAC unit and paid extra for express shipping (advertised as 1–3 days). It has now been over a week, and I have received absolutely nothing—no package, no shipping update, no communication whatsoever.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. No follow-up, no status update, no accountability. When you’re ordering a critical HVAC component, timing matters, and this company clearly doesn’t understand—or care—about that.
At this point, it feels like I paid for expedited service that simply doesn’t exist. If you value reliability, transparency, or even basic communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Extremely disappointing experience.
