Excellent customer service, the brother on the phone was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly and deserves recognition. I can’t remember his name but i think it was sabir or sahil? An excellent experience not gonna lie .. After trying to find a reasonably cheap car insurance, I stumbled upon 'Got me Covered' and had the opportunity to talk to Jamie. His customer service was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. He was incredibly patient, kind, respectful and professional, and he took the time to support me throughout the whole process until everything was successfully completed.
I honestly cannot explain how happy and relieved I felt when the insurance was finally sorted. Dimitric really made my day. It wasn’t just about getting the insurance — it was the way he treated me and the effort he put into helping me that I appreciated so much.
