AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I’ve never experienced service like this in 6 years of having car insurance.
They answered quickly when I was purchasing the policy and taking payment, but once I raised issues and asked to make a complaint, everything changed.
You can be on hold for HOURS and nobody answers, promised callbacks don’t happen, and emails go completely unanswered.
It has now been 5 days of trying to get through with no resolution.
I also questioned charges that were not clearly explained to me, including fees I initially understood to be part of the insurance premium.
You’re given a 14-day cooling-off period, but how are you supposed to cancel or make changes within that period when you cannot get through to anyone?
It’s extremely concerning how quickly they respond when taking your money compared with when you actually need help.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs. I will be taking this further.

I am really glad I chose this company and I would like to thanks a very polite and helpful lasy named Aina that very kindly advised me through my car insurence proccess and done her best for the best insurence package for my car.
I would like to recommned this compnay and once again thanks to Aina and hwr managers for great help and support.

Really helpful l staff that helped us source insurance for a not straightforward situation. Yes not cheap but didn't expect it to be. Really good customer service and not a huge wait on the phone before it was answered.

Calum was very professional when providing the information and price and I also felt confidence in him to get me the best price for my insurance.
