Booked a lounge pass @ Miami Airport via gosimply.com nowhere did it stress that in order to use this pass u would have to be flying from a particular concourse not accessible from anyother concourse. Concourse F stands on its own we flew from concourse E

I booked online the night before, which was straightforward. After arriving at the office it took minutes to register and the shuttle service was immediately ready to take me to the port. Pleasant people, couldn't have been better. I'll use this service every time.

Quite easy to work out which parking is most appropriate and I found one which was at a notably better rate in a closer location than the official Heathrow site.
