Needed to buy some new walking shoes. Served by Shirley @worcs 2592, she was very knowledgeable and thorough, making sure I got the correct shoe and that they fitted properly

Nicola was an excellent ambassador for the company. She helped us with our purchase of 2 Vegas camping chairs and was very attentive. She was very pleasant to talk to and confident of her roles without being brash. Well done Nicola.

We recently visited the store, looking at padded jackets. We needed some advice and spoke to Shirley. She was so knowledgeable and helped us immensely. She was polite, friendly and had amazing knowledge of outdoor clothing and Go Outdoors products. She is a credit to the store.

I received exceptional service from Shirley when I purchased a pair of Scarpa walking boots in February. She knew everything about the different types of boots on sale and guided me to the ones that were right for me and the type of walking I do.
