Luke was super helpful. We chatted Biut the local area, as he spotted j was buying a waterproof map and some ratchet straps. Just got back in from the day on the water. Super grateful for his help setting up my go outdoors membershiptoo. Never had a bad experience at this go outdoors

We visited the Peterborough store today and chose a kayak Matt Danny and Dave were super helpful blowing it up and demonstrating the various elements of course we bought it lol and a a couple of life jackets well done guys 😊

I was in store to try and buy sandals for my next trip. Sue Gordon helped me with this. Firstly, I really like Go Outdoors anyway as I know I will always find what I need. Secondly, the staff input is always good and this time with Sue all my questions were answered.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Go Outdoors Peterborough thanks to Steve! We were looking at tents, and although ours wasn’t on display, Steve had one ready to pick up. I had some questions about a bundle, and he went above and beyond—checking the bundle options, fully unboxing the tent, and even adding extra items I hadn’t considered. He then helped us load everything into the car. I can’t thank him enough—truly top-notch service! Five stars all the way.

Brilliant service
I got exactly what I wanted and the guy at checkout was great

Most of your staff were extremely helpful but this was let down by the person that checked us out. She charged us for a new bottle of gas (£30 pound extra) and when we raised the issue there were no apologies just a comment of “oh I knew that I forgot” meaning we then had to wait for the refund to come in. This in itself wasn’t a problem for us, but the checkout staff never apologised, didn’t make any comment other than make us feel like we’d made life difficult for her.

I was served my Dave, he was friendly and very helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at the Peterborough store. Laura Ng was incredibly helpful, and despite her having to go back for more styles and sizes a few times, nothing was too much trouble.

First time at GO Outdoors Peterborough today and wow… the place is massive. Didn’t expect it to be that big, they’ve literally got everything.

Got served by Matt — top guy. Super helpful and had a laugh as well, which makes a big difference.

Ended up grabbing the membership too — it’s cheap and you actually save a decent amount with it, so makes sense.

We came in to Go Outdoors Peterborough to get the kit for the DofE expedition, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Jackie (footwear), who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We'd like to say a big thank you to Sue Gordon for her great help in sorting us out with a pair of walking poles for my husband. She provided us with all the necessary information about the range of poles available, how to use them and how to look after them. Thanks very much Sue.
