The ease of the website to place an order and customer service in store was very good.
The lack of communication to confirm the order had arrived in store was none existent. Order confirmation advised you would be notified when your order was ready to collect.

Went in looking for a technical hiking boot for Kilimanjaro. Jackie was very helpful in identifying the perfect boot, even though my sizing was tricky due to normally needing a half size. She was patient with me trying on several different options and combination with/without heavyweight socks. I also got some sock liners to ensure my feet will be warm enough on summit. Thanks for help today!

Excellent support from Laura NG at the Peterborough store. Couldn’t do enough for us. Even helped us locate a discontinued item at another store and called them to reserve it.

We were served by Laura & Luke in the Peterborough shop on a bank holiday, and to make it even more impressive, it was very close to closing time! Yet they couldn’t have done more for us.

They were so helpful, gave us great advice and even helped us carry everything out to the car! The whole team were friendly, welcoming and had smiles on their faces.

Matt helped me today and was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable. Provided me with a few options and went out of his way to help.

Went to GO with my grandchildren. One needed setting up with fishing tackle for pike and carp. Fortunately Matt was in store to assist and advise. Without his assistance the task would have been significantly more difficult. Matt's time and patience was invaluable. We left the store setup and very much more informed than when we arrived. I went into the Peterborough store on Saturday to have a look at a calibre rake 27.5 as I was thinking about getting one unfortunately they didn't have one on display but a very helpful chap called Dave was working in the workshop and helped me out after telling him where I ride he recommended the size medium and said he could have one build up ready for Wednesday evening so went Wednesday and collected it very happy with the first impression would definitely recommend the service I received and anyone who is interested in getting a new mountain bike

Well yesterday I was trying to buy a very needed tent due to someone damaging our caravan just B4 our Hols. And the help I received was amazing, Firstly the lady from the warehouse helped with her nice trolly and helped way over and above what's probably in her job description, and then at the till I was trying to pay via a card in Google wallet on mobile, well what a pain that was, but yet again so so much help and advice on what to try next, I felt like I real cherished customer and not just another person or number. Absolutely brilliant from both of these, infact when I popped back to try again a 3rd girl was too helpful but I forgot her name.
Give them a bonus Mr or Mrs manager.
My tent hopefully is still reserved because we desperately need it for holiday that's soon. Credit card things needs hours to activate. So please please keep my Tent until weekend at least. I'll be back.. Thanks Rachel & Lauran at Peterborough store.

Not many staff around but when asked for product information they are very helpful and shop well stocked.

Ethan was very helpful sorting out trainers we could try despite limited stocks on sizes and helping to identify the correct models online.
