Went to the store recently and was served by Amy, she was very helpful and managed to save us £31 by getting us to join their loyalty scheme which is only £5 for the year

I went to the store recently to purchase some walking boots for my DofE expedition. I was struggling to find a good pair of shoes, and Mike was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, alongside providing great advice for the proper fitting of the shoes, and explaining the components of a good walking boot. Eventually I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you Mike!
