Great sale prices
Jane helped me get my Duke of Edinburgh leader discount at checkout. She was great to chat to and helped make my visit an enjoyable one. I brought on outdoor group here a couple of weeks ago when the weather was too bad to go out in. We spent a fun hour wandering around discussing kit and planning walks.

Stuart was golden - V helpful
Started our look for our electric bikes today and first person we spoke to could not have been any better. Stuart was a wealth of knowledge and really helpful in helping us choose the right bikes. We have a lot of confidence in the info he passed on and suspect we’ll end up back there to get our bikes. Highly recommend asking for Stuart if anyone is looking for electric bike info

The staff were really very helpful
The staff were very helpful, first finding the items I needed then helped me with getting the right size. I usually order on-line but this case based on an other review decided to check out the right size in store.
At the cashier Jane was awesome as she cheerfully double checked the discount for me on-line plus issued a new card replacing my old one. They were all very helpful and kind, a real asset to that shop.
I can happily recommend that shop to anyone for a personal shopping experience.

Scarpa Manta boots
I purchased a pair of Scarpa Manta boots. The store had my size in stock. The assistant was very helpful, measuring my feet for the correct fit and advising on lacing options. Although I have yet to try the boots on a walk they look to be of very high quality and the right type of boots for my winter mountain hikes and easy climbs.
