The staff at the counter, Leo and Charlotte, were very approcable, friendly and helpful, and helped us with our membership and pricing on wet weather gear bought for university. We thought we'd write a review as a credit to them.

Regan at the Barnstaple branch was extremely helpful - saw I was struggling trying on coats - came straight over and offered to unlock the coats - was helpful in recommending the right coat in the correct size - was very impressed with the selection on offer - asked if I had a blue light card for further discounts (which I did) and offered to find our Go Outdoors membership card on the til as didn’t have it on us - because he was so helpful, we ended up purchasing other items as well - he is a credit to your company - well done Regan 👍

Legendary Customer Service
The greatest customer service of all time. Had arrived in Barnstaple from Bristol with our tent, and realised I had completely forgotten the poles. Went to Go Outdoors Barnstaple and explained my situation to an absolute legend named Regan, who immediately sourced me some poles for free. This man has saved my holiday single handedly.
