FAKE PERFUME!! I PURCHASED A PERFUME WHICH I HAVE THE ORIGINAL AT HOME, AND IT WAS A COMPLETE FAKE! BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS SITE . I ORDERED OFF EBAY !

I placed my first order with Goldenscent in 2023, and since then, I have consistently chosen them. They offer original products, excellent promotions, a wide perfume selection, and, most importantly, fast delivery.

Desiludida com as 2 experiências que tive com esta loja.
Na primeira encomenda, enviaram um decante de 30ml cuja tampa da embalagem não fechava corretamente, vinha a verter, e sempre que tentava fechá-la, esta pressionava o botão e deitava líquido. Após informar a loja por e-mail do que tinha acontecido, procederam ao reembolso.
Numa segunda tentativa, pensando que tinha sido um infortúnio e queria dar uma segunda oportunidade à loja, realizei uma encomenda de vários decantes no dia 15 de Setembro. No entanto, durante os 3 dias seguintes, ainda se encontrava como "não processada". Após tentativa de contacto através do site no terceiro dia, a questionar o que se passava, não obtive resposta.
Hoje, dia 18, enviei um e-mail a solicitar o cancelamento uma vez que a encomenda ainda não se encontrava processada, para além do facto de que não tinha obtido resposta através das mensagens.
Recebi feedback a referir que me iriam fazer o reembolso, solicitando o respetivo método, sem me dar qualquer justificação acerca do sucedido.
Deduzo que o serviço de mensagens através do site não esteja a funcionar.
Tenho pena que o serviço tenha decorrido nestes moldes, dada a variedade de alguns produtos que são de difícil acesso.

Fast service , original perfumes with best prices

Scammer. Golden Scents sells fake fragrances and tries to pass off flaws in products as being "testers". They will tell you the pics shown are if the product your getting when they are retail pics off legit sites. Research dont belive all reviews on Ebay use Google.

Sent me fake perfumes thieves. Be careful I already reported them to DED uae under 370185 consumer protection. Gcc is one and you will be bought to your knees theives

Scammer behavior I ordered 10 items paid for and they are non responsive and not even acknowledging or shipping my order . Shame on you if I could give zero stars I would

My advice on this company is STAY WEEL CLEAR!
Very poor customer service. Not interested and n9 complaint procedure. Best spend your money with a reputable company.

The perfume was not the original, when I sprayed it the smell has gone immediately + I payed it at the double price of the original one.

Customer Service was great, very fast response. Shipping took a little longer than expected to USA, but it arrived safely nonetheless.

My order was not delivered to my address. I have not received my order. The order is marked as delivered, but it was not delivered to my address.

*Update*

The package finally arrived, but with no help from Goldenscent Customer Service. Every time I contacted them thet simply said the package had been delivered. The last time I emailed them, on 9/18/2023, they said they would look into and get back to me. They never did.

Luckily, I was able to find the shipping company using the tracking number I received when the package was shipped, and had been tracking the package via their website. I emailed and messaged them via Whatsapp. I never received an email response, however I was able exchange messages with them via Whatsapp every day until the package was finally delivered to the correct address on 9/19/2023.

I am grateful I received my order. Thank you.
