Recommended by our travel agent. No claims to date. Pre existing conditions inflate the cost of insuring a person with a pacemaker (bradycardia) who is probably healthier than half those insured. A regular six monthly check up of the pacemaker for the past seven years is all that has been required.

Our travel agent was great. She suggested we phone Go e our medical info. Alex was very helpful - and I was probably overzealous in explanations, which meant you charged us about $1,100 more, making for two, about $3,500 for a month and whilst I understand your concerns, it did leave me smarting.
The proof, of course, is if we actually need you when we travel - hopefully not as we are both healthy and active. Of course we cannot comment on that now.

Liz, was very helpful in explaining and providing the right coverage of insurance. She also gave helpful tips about my travel destination on what to expect and how to keep myself healthy while there.
