The travel coordinators on the trip…
The travel coordinators on the trip were all very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the local guides were good but one in Heidlelburg was very difficult for a number of us to understand. I would have preferred options for excursions in locales with some being active and also more lectures during long cruising times. The boat crew was generally wonderful particularly one young polish waitress. The food was good with lots of choices.

What made my experience with Gohagan great was the staff. Without exception, the people we're knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Communication Needs to Improve!
Wind Star Cruise Line was outstanding. Itinerary was terrific, Capital Hotel in Athens was very nice. Travel arrangements were perfect. Only complaint is with the inconsistent communication with the Gohagan & Company staff in the office. Personnel changed more than once, telephone calls and emails were not readily responded to. Communication needs to be much better!

An Amazing Way to See Greece!
We had an amazing time & the team really cared about the passengers as individuals. We had an older individual that was using a walker & they assigned a person to be with her all the time when we were out, to help her.
Everything was well planned, the food was great, no complaints!

A lot of preparation and care
The tour directors on board the WindStar did an amazing job organizing 116 people. We were divided into groups for all of the excursions, and it was hardly noticeable that there were that many people. It was choreographed perfectly. I felt like I was in a small group of 20 each excursion! The local guides were great and there was a lot of care to people's needs.

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would happily do it. Gohagen did a fabulous job start to finish with our trip. From the pre- trip communication, to the momentos, to the personal attention from the travel directors, everything was amazing! They handled the logistics of the excursions and local tour guides expertly too. We had a couple of minor issues come up ( no fault of Gohagen) and they resolved it promptly and always with a smile. We would definitely book with them again for future trips.
