Met the staff at the Harrogate Camping show and they were lovely, helpful and informative. Met them last year at the same show and they even let us have some of their little flower pegs. They helped us this year look at an air beam pump. Amazing company, highly recommend.

This is my 2nd screenhouse 6, first one lasted 2.5years of being constantly outside. Awesome product.

Today we visited the awning department at Glossop caravans with some awning poles that had come apart.
Dominic Pole cheerfully repaired the poles in a matter of minutes and demonstrated how we could repair any further breakages.

Ordered 2 windbreaks. Only received 1. Chased the other 1 "oh sorry did no one call you we don't have any left in stock, we can send you the x demo at a discounted price ". Received and it was faulty. Called customer service told to send photos which I did. No one came back to me. Chased again oh we cannot refund or replace because you have opened the packaging!!!!!! We have to to make a claim under the warranty!!!!
DO NO BUY ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO LOOK AT IT IN TJE PACKAGING

We ordered an Isabella Sun Canopy on a Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. Quick delivery and a good experience all round.

I bought an awning, put it up as per video and instructions! 10 days later the rain had completely stretched the roof and bent some of the bars, this was early July contacted them mid July after being alerted by the owner of my site that the roof was holding water and neighbours had been in to push the water off!
I contacted Glossop had to do this several times for customer service, they promised to phone back never did! They emailed me a week later and then again 4 days later I replied each time and now they reckon that my new awning is not covered by weather damage! On the instructions it says nothing about rain only about storms!
I is Summer we haven't had a storm , we live in Wales it rains a lot! I paid for a seasonal frame therefor I expected the awning to last more than 10 days! I now have put up extra bars and broom handles to get me through the season! I am not happy!
