I ordered my product on Saturday…
I ordered my product on Saturday morning. It said next day delivery so I expected it on Monday. I received an e-mail on Monday to say the package had been dispatched, which I thought meant it was to be delivered that day, so I waited in until 4 pm, when I contacted you and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Thankfully it came in the morning!

Mixed experience
The boxes are good quality for the price and you don't have place a massive order either.
But on my last order they sent the wrong size box and, while they were quick to send out the replacement, they sent out the wrong size box again. Mistakes happen, but I found their customer service a bit lackluster and it became a bit of a hassle trying sort out. I did get the correct order about a week later.
