Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Following a Dermatologist visit, the prescription was sent via Get Harley. Despite paying for everything all at once, the items were sent individually and one of the medications was never sent. Every time I chased them I would get a response say apologising for the delay and that they’ll come back to me and that has consistently happened for almost a month. It takes them 4 to 5 days to respond to every message and there is no resolution in their response. I finally had to email the dermatologist directly to make them aware of what was happening and the kind of service that get Harley were offering to their clients and my medication issue was then finally resolved by the dermatologist’s PA almost a month since I had seen the dermatologist. I would never use get Harley ever again And this is also put me off using a dermatologist that uses Get Harley as a service provider for prescriptions.

AVOID. FIRSTLY, the person I was communicating with appeared unable to read or understand English. they were talking about hand cream when I was talikng about face cream. More importantly, They deliberatly sent me cheaper inferior product than the one I ordered and refused to replace or refund it. It was a nightmare.
Trust me, you don't want to buy from them.

Avoid! Get Harley took an unauthorised payment for £331.20 from my credit card stating that I had placed a second order, when I had done no such thing. I only presume they have unilaterally entered me into a subscription. I did not receive any emails or what's app messages about the order until after the payment was taken without my knowledge. I've emailed, messaged on whats app and called them multiple times- no one has responded and nor do they answer the phone. I've escalated a payment dispute to my credit card company who will be looking into it. I work in skin care and will certainly be telling my patients to avoid this company.
Excellent customer service, above and beyond!
Not once have I experienced customer service like this! We booked an international trip to leave within 48hours. I panic ordered my repeat skincare, which did not arrive in time. Because it did not arrive, Get Harley expedited a replacement to be sent to me at my hotel in Dubai! It arrived a couple of days later so that I could continue with my skincare system. I cannot thank the team enough. This is above and beyond, and I am totally blown away by the gesture. Thank you. You deserve every success in business.
Terrible customer service
I’ve been waiting for over a week now to return an item that unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to.
I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages to request refund and an address so I could return the item. I received a message requesting my address so a returns label could be generated not sure why they would need my address given it’s the same address used to ship my item, but anyway I replied sent my address which was last week, to date I’m still waiting for a reply with the returns label. I’ve even suggested in my latest message today this morning, for them to forget about generating a free returns label I will send the item back myself, I will pay for the postage myself I just need an address to return the item back still no reply, I have now contacted my dermatologist who recommended get Harley to me to see if they could get in touch with them on my behalf. If they are unsuccessful then,
my next course of action will be to contact my bank and request a charge back.
It’s very frustrating and disappointing if you’ve been referred to get Harley by your dermatologist I would suggest that you ask for an alternative supplier, the customer service is virtually non existent.
What a great company to deal with!
I’ve been buying through GetHarley for almost 2 years, and what a great company to deal with! Their customer service and support is outstanding and, at the same time, friendly and professional. The products I was recommended to use have been really excellent and I can see a big improvement in my skin. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They do not respond when either emailed or whatsapp. I had constant out of stock items then they would turn up out the blue when I asked for a refund. Last straw was today I get a message saying they are sending yet another order which I didnt request and have taken funds from my account. I am still waiting for a response. Do not use - they are dreadful.

I am so happy with the advice I’ve been given in my new skincare plan and the products that were recommended to me. The ordering system was very user friendly, and I was kept up-to-date as to when they would arrive, which was incredibly promptly. The customer service has been fantastic. Thank you!
Amazing face cream
I have recently started using Synergy 6 NX - Gen SPF 50 facial moisturiser. On my second tube now.
What a gem!
It’s so easy to apply , so light and silky too. I’m 51 year old with some wrinkles and fine lines,so foundation is not an option anymore.
The cream is slightly tinted but with brilliant coverage.
It’s an absolute must in my daily skin routine now.
The service is quick,professional and no trouble at all !

Friendly but slow to respond …
The consultation was friendly and professional. However afterwards I tried to get in touch over WhatsApp and email and I’m still waiting for a response. I asked a question over WhatsApp on 22nd Jan and haven’t got the response yet. This is disappointing.

I received my shipment very quickly, with a helpful assistance via WhatsApp. I also like their Skincare concierge service which they offer via WhatsApp as well.
Better communication needed
Update: Patient Experience manager reached out. Refund processed, apologized and sent me a handwritten note with two products as an apology. Not a total scam in the end, but I’d prefer straight forward and clearer communication from the start. A lot of effort was made after things went wrong.

Absolutely scam. Took the payment without informing me the product is out of stock, then sent a ghost shipment tracking number. After not hearing from the delivery for a week, I queried where is my order. They then finally told me it’s out of stock, and will get back to me with a restock date. After another week of no update on restock date, I’ve lost faith in them and asked for a refund. Instead of issuing a refund immediately, the customer service replied they’d like to arrange a phone call to discuss it further. I don’t want any further dealing with this scam company. I want my money back! My experience with this company is that it’s a total scam.
