Ive used geekynerdtoys for my last few purchases and decided to leave the a review as there customer service is brilliant. i purchased a large 1/4 predator figure to find out it had a dodgy loose arm told the shop they said to bring it straight back for refund or swap without any bother at all i also purchased a 1/4 Jason friday 13th again unfortunately had defects due to Necas poor QC but again they exchanged it straight away there prices also spot on brilliant store would highly recomend

Pre ordered a figure in August 2025. As soon as the figure became available in the UK Geekynerdtoys invoiced me for the balance prior to shipping
The order was well packaged and arrived in a pristine condition so I am extremely happy with the service provided.
Just a small point I think it would have been helpful if on my account order it showed payment had been completed and not just the pre order payment .

Samurai success
Ordered the neca Samurai predator as a pre-order. Item was offered at a very good price at pre-order. Once item was in stock an invoice was immediately sent, and once full payment received the item was sent promptly. Item was received well packaged and in pristine condition, within 2 days of receiving the dispatch email.
Very good service received and would definitely use this company again.

The predator figure
The predator figure was originally ordered in November 2026 with an expected delivery date of mid December.
Geekynerdtoys did not contact me to explain that the predator was delayed until I contacted them in December.
The figure is great and my grandson loves it.
They could work on there communication with there customers more.

As a company we provide a large number of updates in relation to products via our social media channels including both Facebook and also Instagram. This level of openness is something which we pride ourselves on and are very transparent when it comes to such product updates
This way we capture more customers rather than sending individual customers emails as you seem to have wanted.
On multiple occasions you asked for updates in relation to this item and each request was dealt with in a timely manner which is not fairly reflected in your feedback at all.
Copies of which I am than happy to share with you.
We have also taken the time to review our Facebook responses and the average time it took us to respond to your Facebook messages was just two minutes! Yet again this is not reflected in your review, which makes out that we never communicated with you at all and failed to keep you updated which is clearly not the case
What should also be noted is that you asked for replies on our Facebook page having clearly not seen the required updates which were infact pinned to the very top of business page in a post which talked all about the delayed products and their expected dates of arrival
As per our website as well release dates of action figures can sometimes change and this figure was one such figure which was delayed by around 5 weeks which was clearly conveyed again across our social media channels.

MASK Thunderhawk - Great Service!
Ordered a MASK Thunderhawk which was delayed by the manufacturer several times.
The guys at the store were always happy to give updates quickly and when the product did come into stock it was shipped fast and well protected. Not to mention a better price than many other sellers.
Would definitely use GNT again, especially for pre-order or hard to find items. Thanks guys!

Selling pre orders and nit delivering…
Selling pre orders and not delivering them. Months without anwsers. At least they refunded my money.
Edit: Game I have pre ordered and not received is available in other UK based store online.

Unfortunately sometimes pre-orders do get delayed and this is one such product which still has not been supplied but our UK based wholesalers.
As per all pre-orders dates which are provided by the manufacturers are subject to change and this is documented within our terms and conditions of our website. But thanks for the 1 star review anyway!
Response to edited feedback - The game is available with Madabout Horror who unbeknownst to you have a Trick or Treat Studios US based account so will have the game available via ordering them direct in the USA. Star Images who supply the UK market with wholesale have never received this game from Trick or Treat so hence why we have not received it either
Great service and quick delivery
Ordered an item that had long sold out almost everywhere - the price was cheap in comparison to the couple of places that still had the item available and the delivery was very quick. Item and packaging was in excellent condition too.

I am compelled to write a review, because I have seen some negative comments. I have no issues with these guys, in fact, they have been very responsive with any questions I had, and the product I ordered was delivered within 4 business days of placing the order. Any delays are likely because from what I can gather, they are a smaller company, but it just means response times might not be as sharp as a larger company. Don't knock them for that, support them. Good luck team, you're doing a great job!
