Awsome seller, sorted my delivery address problem out which was due to a hic up on my end, thanks to Nic for sorting that for me, great staff, great prices, highly recommended seller for Neca and other collectible figures.

I started collecting Neca figures recently and have found this site to have great prices and availability. I have placed about 4 orders with them now including a pre-order and all have been spot on. I would highly recommend. Just one thing to note, if you order a preorder with other items they will ship once the preoder is released. I didn't realise this at first but i contacted them and asked if i can cancel the preorder and reorder as 2 separate orders which they did easy and gave instant refund on the first transaction. Again I think if scoring on customer service as well as price and delivery they would get a 5 out of 5 all round.

My daughter Ordered michael myers 15" talking doll, on 27th june unfortunately it only says 2 phases, its stuck in a loop, yes we took it off the demo and checked the batteries. My daughter has sent messages without any answer back from them for a simple return. We've ordered before from them around £480 pounds including this one. Our Glen doll was a repacked and had a scratch on the eye but my daughter decided to kept it. But we want this michael myers to work. Plus there is no way to use the points you have earned money off. Reply! Referring to the Glen toy, it was the only doll that we received with a normal brown elastic loosely band, not the clear tight rubber band it normally comes like. (1)We message you on the actual contact us form, on your website, is this working? (2) we contact you on contact us about this order form. With details, is this working?.

I'm always nervous ordering from a business new to me, but I have to say, my experience with Geeky Nerd Toys couldn't have been better. Ive used geekynerdtoys for my last few purchases and decided to leave the a review as there customer service is brilliant. i purchased a large 1/4 predator figure to find out it had a dodgy loose arm told the shop they said to bring it straight back for refund or swap without any bother at all i also purchased a 1/4 Jason friday 13th again unfortunately had defects due to Necas poor QC but again they exchanged it straight away there prices also spot on brilliant store would highly recomend
