used golden brown hair dye and it showed it would be lighter on my hair which my hair is dark brown and on the box it showed a lighter colour which you can see, it made my hair even darker and i’ve used other products and this has never happened, garnier products have gone worse and worse throughout these years will never buy again, waste of money.

VITAMIN E MOISTURISING BODY CREAM
I bought this for my auntie because the friends that do her personal care said her skin was dry and ashy. Flakes would fall off when she scratched her arm where the patches irritated it, but no more. She has been using prescription pain patches on her arms for many year and her skin was scaly, sore and red. They bought a body oil but she didn’t like it. When I gave it to her and she opened it, she said can I eat it🤣, she loved the smell. Within two weeks, her skin is now healed, smooth, moisturised and back to normal. She said she has put away all other creams and is using only this. Her body stay moisturised throughout the whole day and she is very happy. She also doesn’t wear socks to hide the dry crusty feet and heels because her the are now smooth. When her friends had finished her care they also used it on their hands and were impressed with the smell, effectiveness and the feeling on their hands, so much so that they are also going to purchase.
I bought her another one and she was thanking God and dancing in her bed.

Maybe Garnier can look into working with the NHS to help with beds sores and flaky skin that a lot of senior and bedridden patients are plagued with.

After breast cancer surgery in 2018 I was given a prescription cream to keep my breasts supple and moisturised but I found that it was just greasy. In 2024 I abandoned the Dr’s cream when I found the CERAMIND NOURISHING BODY BUTTER & VITAMIN C NUTRI - GLOW BODY CREAM. I still experience severe nerve pain under my breast from the surgery and it is important to keep them supple so that on moving the scars move with me and don’t feel like they are dragging.

All of these creams are a good buy, good value, good price and they do what they say on the label. I would definitely recommend I would definitely recommend and keep purchasing.

Maybe Garnier can look into working with “Look Good Feel Better Charity” (I know they do it at St Luke’s Cancer Hospital in Guildford) and do mini tubs that could be donated to the gift bags that they offer with one of the therapies after after treatment and surgeries have been completed. It’s a nice treat to help regain confidence to feel beautiful again after losing hair/breast.

Garnier "Good " hair dye. This is absolutely not good. The nastiest product I have ever used. Colour meant to be brown came out ginger and burned my scalp whilst it was on. My head has itched ever since and my hair was like straw. Will never use this again. Waste of money and awful hair dye.

I’ve been using garnier nutrisse for 1 year now, (number 5, mocha brown).
Up until the last 3 times l have dyed my hair, the colour has been perfect to my own original colour…
I was happy but now l am wondering what they have taken from that dye because after less than 2 weeks, my roots are turning blonde…
This can’t be right???
Why have you changed the dye, because you definitely have…
I have to stop using it, as it’s ruining my hair colour…
I want to know why this dye is so weak now that it does not stay brown on my roots???

I have used Garnier Olia previously and they other one with pictures of ladies on the box, Garnier Nutrise. . I have decided to try this as it said no Ammonia and no smell. Although it says it covers greys, it doesn’t. Tried first time 25 min and second time left it 35-40 min, it still shows. The mixture needs to be reviewed, Garnier or you have to change your name on the box. My recommendation: it doesn’t do what it says on the box. Only the shape of the box is diferent.

Garnier micellar cleansing water ( green top) causes eyelash loss. Avoid.

Worst Hair Dye Ever - 0/5 - Nobody Should Buy This

This Garnier Colour Sensation 6.60 hair dye is an absolute disaster. It does NOTHING for Indian black hair or any dark hair. I followed all the instructions perfectly, waited even longer, and still got ZERO color. When I washed my hair, all the color just drained out like water — no change, no red, no shine, NOTHING.

The box shows fake results and completely lies to customers. It’s just a marketing trick to fool people.
This product is completely useless and a total waste of money and time. Nobody should buy this hair dye.

If you have dark hair, stay far away from Garnier Colour Sensation. It’s better to burn your money than to spend it on this trash.

I watched advertisement and thought I'd try Good! Bought Vanilla Blonde! Usually buy Garnier Nutrisse Baby Blonde but the Vanilla seemed nearest! Followed all instructions to the letter but have ended up with a very dull too dark Blonde it's bloody awful so will have to re do with the Nutrisse baby Blonde to bring me back to normal! What was the hype about ? Bloody awful would NEVER use this product again!! So much messier than Nutrisse ! What are they trying to prove ? Zero marks absolute crap ! Don't bother with it!

Love the garnier hand cream. But rip off new packaging means we are now getting 25% less for our money!

I bought a garnier blonde colour to put on my white hair( old age) because I wanted to give it a lift before going on my holiday..and it has turned out grey... as soon as I realised it was looking grey tried to wash it out before it got too set..but unfortunately I couldn't.. now I.m stuck with grey hair,that I hate.....
It would have to be bleached to get it back to what it was, but my hair is quite fragile, so am too scared to try...
Has anyone else had the,same issues with Garnier..I will never use them again.....

i have happily been using Garnier Nutrisse dark blonde to colour my roots for a few years. Last week I used a Garnier Color Retouch 6.0 Dark Blonde as its half the price and a lot less waste. i was expecting similar results to the Nutrisse product as they are both Garnier. However the results were shocking and instead of dark blonde it came out dark brown. When I complained to Garnier , like others they will not entertain you unless you have the receipt in case of fraudulent activity. I was advised to keep washing my hair. Like others I will not be using Garnier products in the future.

Garnier Olia 4.0 hair colour
I have been using for over a decade. This time colour didn't work at all. I did complaint i gave them everything they requested. They didn't reply so I send them email and wait for 2 weeks. When I called them the agent says the recipt is smudged so they can't do anything.
The worse service i received from this company despite they are selling faulty goods they don't want to help consumers.

I used Vitamin C brightening serum cream and really regret it. My skin has become tight, sore and a red rash on my face. I wish I had read the review which said it turns sensitive skins acid and is bad for them. I will never use Garnier products again, Andrea Maddocks

GARNIER 'GOOD' HAIR COLOUR MOCHACCINO BROWN. I bought this in December 2024, it said 100% GREY coverage, I just wanted to colour my roots. But on the package it also said UP TO 100% GREY COVERAGE. Which did I believe. So I thought I would try it for my roots. It was messy as you had to open two packets, not tubes, and pour into a bucket, stir and scoop out, awful stuff. I left it for 30 minutes, I had put it on clean dry hair but it did not take properly, my grey was still grey, I did this on New years eve!! I wrote to Garnier telling them it says both UP TO 100% grey coverage and 100% grey coverage, that it hadn't coloured I would like a refund. So customer care asked me for receipt proof, where I got it from, codes on box and a photo of my hair, which I gave them on 09.01.25. I had a reply today 10.01.25 from an adviser to be told I couldn't have a refund that it was because I had ageing hair, the texture will have changed as I had coloured it before. Why do I never have problem with other hair colours in that case? Disgusting customer care. surely they are contravening the sale of goods act, one part says UP TO 100% GREY COVERAGE, but also says 100% GREY COVERAGE on the packaging, so which is correct, and is it a permanent colour? I have replied to the adviser saying Garnier are being ageist saying it is my ageing hair the reason it has not taken, so why then on the packaging is there a photo of grey hair BEFORE being coloured and AFTER it has been coloured Mochacinno brown. The first adviser said I should try Olia for ageing hair, I looked on the packaging for that and it is UP TO 100% grey coverage. I will never buy a Garnier hair colour again and will warn 'older' friends to steer away from these products. No customer care at all. Their packaging should be clear, either UP TO 100% grey coverage or 100% grey coverage, there is a huge difference!

I have used Garnier Nutrisse for many years but today the 4.3 ultra creme permanent colour seemed very thick! Was difficult to squeeze out of applicator, hasn't mixed well and is lumpy.
Last time I used 5.3 which didn't colour or cover so well.
Garnier what is going on?

Always used ganier. Always liked it. Somehow this year, it's different. I used ultra light blonde 100 to get almost platinum blonde and this time it has only turned the slightest bit lighter and trinted ginger. Not impressed at all when my natural roots are dark blonde so they are usually easily lifted in colour. In 15 years of home dying I've never seen such little impact. Don't think I'll be going back now. Was hoping contacting them would help but seeing the other reviews has suggested that is pointless. Gutting.

I have used Garnier hair dye many times in the past but this time, my experience has not been great. Never has the smell of chemicals been so strong in any hair dye I have used. My 14 year old son was alarmed and told me that I need to get rid of the hair dye from my hair somehow. It is still so strong after a few washes that it just doesn’t seem normal. Also, after washing it off, my hair feels like straw. Goodbye Garnier, will never be using your hair colours again.

Worst hair dye I have ever used. A pain to mix in the tub, it just wouldn't mix smoothly. A pain to apply with my hands, compared to my usual bottle with a nozzle, which helps to part the hair. Then I applied to roots first, as I normally do, and there was none left to blend into the rest of my hair so I had to rub it in as best I could. When rinsed, after using supplied conditioner, my hair felt greasy, and same every time I used it at intervals. Because there was not enough product, and putting it on with my hands, the result was patchy. I will never use it again. However, the gloves were perfect.
