Wasn’t happy as I ordered the same a couple weeks prior and the first time it was spot on and great however this time the bark was smaller and dustier bits and sharper

Very disappointing
I have given this company some time to respond before posting this review but no reply to my complaint. They sold me a bulk bag of bark advertised at approximately 1000 Litres but the bag measures only 90 cms cubed so can never reach 1000 litres even if it was full, which it wasn’t. There were other companies offering bark in smaller bags at much reduced prices but I was tempted by the extra capacity at what seemed like a good price with delivery.
All in all, very disappointing and a bit of a rip off to be frank.
Update to the initial review:
I have since been contacted by Manny from the e-commerce team. Very apologetic and explained how the response to my original complaint was help up - that said, a simple auto response to my email, acknowledging receipt and giving information on timescales to deal might have helped the situation.
Manny was ready to make an offer to rectify the shortfall and help the apology so all good in the end. Thanks.

I bought the 500l play area softwood…
I bought the 500l play area softwood chips. Unfortunately I would say at least 15% of the bag had HUGE chunks of wood, up to 14cm long
Delivery was not great as they did not keep us updated on expected delivery time

Really sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with your order.
After checking with our delivery provider, they advised that although it was scanned onto a vehicle on the requested day of delivery, some access restrictions meant they weren't able to deliver.
It's really disappointing that they didn't communicate this with yourself and us which is our standard process, and so I've escalated this issue with our account manager.
