Rubbish service. Ordered arrived the day after the…
Ordered arrived the day after the planned delivery date then the driver drove off without dropping off the delivery!
No communication from the driver !!
So had to order from another company such a shame that it’s the way the world is going.

Useless
The delivery driver would not bring his small 3.5 t truck up our labne incase it got scratched. My son had to make 3 x 1 mile trips down the lane to collect with forklift. If he had not been here the driver was going home. One bag split on unloading and I had to do 3 more trips with wheelbarrow & shovel to collect as blocking lane. I drive a 7.5 t lorry down lane with no problems and large bin lorry comes down here every week. No apologies from your driver.. Bark is also low quality with lots of twigs and soil mixed in. I would not recommend

Whilst i do empathise with your experience, as stated on our website during the order process, deliveries are only guaranteed kerbside.
Our hauliers do often go the extra mile and place deliveries on customers driveways, but this is at their discretion, as they need to consider the risk to their vehicles and customers properties.
Regarding the feedback on the product itself, we're sorry to hear that it's not up to our high standards and would be keen to investigate this further.

Really happy with the product and price paid. Minor issue with delivery in that I didn’t get any timeline on time for delivery so missed initial and had to reschedule. Would use again.
