Ordered an xdj-rx3
I ordered an xdj-rx3 and although it arrived with a manufacturing defect, I called GAK and they promptly arranged for it to be collected and a replacement sent out. Staff were very understanding and I'm happy with their service!

Damaged Speaker Quickly Resolved
Speaker arrived damaged, due to DPD being rather careless with the parcel. I contacted GAK and received a very quick and friendly response. They resolved the issue within days, and I'm now very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend them.
