Good items, bad packaging.
Item was fine, QC label was cut and the box lid was open. Not sure if this is standard practice to check an item before posting.
All items posted loose in a grey bag.
Jack lead had ripped the bag and was hanging out.
Basically the issue was packing for postage.

I'm sorry to hear about this, Andrew! I've passed this feedback over to our warehouse manager and asked him to speak to the dispatch team. Where appropriate, everything should be bubble wrapped to protect it during transit. I'm sorry for the hassle this has caused!

Bought an amp which developed a fault
Bought an amp which developed a fault. Customer services were great, arranged for a collection on my prefered day and sent a replacement one out straught away. Also find GAK very competetive on price!

Not so good this time around
I recently purchased an Ibanez AZ. The instrument itself is great though the fretboard was extremely dry and there were small patches of some material all over the body. Luckily with some elbow grease I managed to get rid of them! Because of the state I received the instrument in I can't give 4 or 5 stars. Though previous purchases from GAK have been superb unfortunately this time I wasn't as happy right away. Please inspect any orders in future and take into account how the customer would feel if an instrument isn't quite up to scratch when delivered.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, Ryan! I've double checked your order and I can see the guitar was shipped to you direct from the UK distributor. The guitar didn't come from our warehouse stock. I'm glad you managed to clean it up OK, but I appreciate this is not what you expect to find on a new guitar! I'll pass this feedback over to the distributor. I was under the impression they QC'd all their stock so I'm sure the feedback will be valuable to them. Apologies for any hassle this has caused!
