I ordered a bed from the Colchester store for delivery on 10/12/24, after buying it on 20/11/24. I took a day off work, unpaid, to wait for the delivery. It did not appear. When I phoned the store I was told my delivery had 'fallen off the system' and the bed was actually still at their main warehouse. Delivery was rearranged for today. Still no bed, but too late to phone the store. There will be a phone-call to the store tomorrow and there better be answers...
*EDIT* following reply below and an email I sent to customer services, I received one missed call/voicemail from the Colchester branch, but offering no apology/explanation. As this was while I was away for Christmas I was unable to reply.
The bed was finally delivered, after yet another call to the shop and being told it was 'still in the warehouse in Dagenham'... Unfortunately, the base was damaged (looks like it had been bumped/rested against something, tearing it), but as its only the base I'm not going through that again to get it sorted!
The excuse of 'this is a new store' will only last so long, seeing as it opened in May 2024...

Delivery arrived well before promised 3-7 days which was very helpful to me. Delivery guys Dave and Mark were excellent and very friendly. Billi on the phone was also quite helpful.
Overall very good experience and recommended place to buy your furniture.

Made a purchase online after visiting one of the warehouses. I had a call within 1 working day to arrange delivery. The guys that delivered and assembled the table were great. Dining table looks great. Would recommend to anyone.

The range in store is vast, with extremely helpful staff, not pushy at all.
The quality of the furniture is first rate. The service from start to delivery and after sales is excellent, highly recommended.

The service was extremely good, in terms of delivering the items on time and in a good condition with a very friendly behaviour.

Bought a set of 6 dining chairs for a very reasonable price and had it delivered and assembled at home. The whole process was very smooth and I found staff helpful and friendly

I’ve never had an ease of purchasing a furniture like I did with the Furniture Outlet. I’ve looked everywhere for a sofa and something that I can do a pay monthly on. Well this company is the absolute Best. I saw their products via FB and am glad I gave them a try. Their fiancé option is quick and simple with no hassle.

I had two minds about the sofa colour I chose and decided to go check them out at their Dagenham location and must I say “Wow”. Different options to choose from and best of all I was given the opportunity to change my sofa to a completely different one. Again the service was great. I can’t remember the person that I spoke with that gave me the opportunity to come to store and see what else I can choose. Wish I had though because he was so helpful over the phone.

Once that was done my sofa was delivered within 24 hours the quickest order I’ve ever made. FANTASTIC SERVICE. FANTASTIC COMPANY. And my new sofa is GREAT. Love it.

Furniture outlet Dagenham is the best outlet one can get in east london, their products are good and their staffs are very helpful, especially the store manager Dave, he has great customer services. Great selections of sofas and other furnitures.  5 star for Furniture outlet.

Good stock availability, lots of help available in store and excellent prices

First of all, very smooth and seamless process from ordering to delivery. I want to specially thank Billy who saw my delivery all the way to finish. He’s outstanding. Mark and Ryan put up my furnitures and I have never met a duo like these 2. They understand each other and know what to do, when to do, how to do it. Love my furnitures and it makes me happy that good people set them up. Promote these guys. They’re the Captains now!

Just what we wanted. Reasonably priced. Excellent delivery and construction service.

Don't reply to your emails. Each store tells you something different when you're all supposed to sell the same things online. One store said we can have a sofa. The other closer to us said we cannot. Rude and make promises that they can't keep. Offering discounts on sofas that they don't even have. Staff dont liaise with eachother enough clearly.

Amazing Service. Billy who I placed the order through was delightful. Delivery was very quick and a good time to suit. The despatch team who also assembled the bed with mattress were very friendly, helpful and respected the property. I had a small issue the following week which was immediately addressed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would definitely recommend 😊

It was easy to place my order and even when I needed some clarification, I booked a phone appointment and the staff I spoke with was quite patient with explanations and responded to my enquiries satisfactorily. I have used the mattress for a month now and I have no complaints. Still okay and a good buy.
