Prompt, friendly delivery to the required location.

Parking for loading could be better, especially if towing a trailer when there are several others doing the same. However the staff are very helpful and understanding that a bit of shunting about is needed.

Henry is so helpful, service is great. Been let down a couple of times on agreed deliveries. Luckily I plan ahead and hasn't impacted anything. Appreciate Keith's call this week too

Been using Fort since February and I have to say how efficient, friendly and knowledgeable their staff are, customer service is top notch and they’re always willing to help at the drop of a hat whether that’s advice a delivery or picking your order/s! Highly recommend and the new trade counter lady (Chelsea Sage) has brought a new dimension to those business proving the building trade along with others shouldn’t be male dominated.

Love the Team at Fort always have stock and the staff especially. My favourite is Chelsea she is a great laugh and has a bubbly personality. Highly recommend.

I contacted fort builders supplies to get a price and availability for 10 ton sacks of top soil.
The lady that answered the phone was called Chelsea she was very knowledgeable extremely helpful and organised everything for us. The soil was delivered exactly on time.

Nothing is 'too much' for the team at Fort, they will do all they can to ensure you leave a happy customer. I did. I bought timber 9x2, the team helped load it into my vehicle and gave me great advice around the product too.
It's a place where you have to go to believe it really, so much stock in-store, if you're doing a DIY job or if you're a merchant it's a must-visit as they'll no doubt have what you need. And it's great to have a local business that competes, and even beats, the big players price wise!

I always find the staff at Fort very, very helpful, even when answering my stupid questions. When compared to other builders merchants, Fort’s prices are very reasonable. Even better, they are situated just down the road, so it is very easy to get building supplies, especially if you run out of something.
