Great team
It's so easy to order online an then collect. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They always load my car so carefully for me and it make the whole process so much easier. My purchases have been pretty simple, but I have no doubt for a more complex job they would be able to help with materials and advice. Great team at Fort Builders' Merchant.

Fort Builders' merchant - just the best!
Fort Builders' merchant have been fantastic throughout my journey from uninhabitable house to reformed and extended property. Craig and Keith, to name but a couple of the really helpful, knowledgeable and efficient staff have always provided top class service. Their advice has been invaluable to me, and recently, when I had under-ordered for a concrete laying job, they were able to get fresh supplies on site within a couple of hours to really save my bacon! I wish I could give 6 stars.

Poor communication and failure to deliver on time
Order was due for delivery Fri 28th June.... Didn't turn up until Wed 3rd July. Had to call twice to chase the order. Poor service!

Apologies regards your bad experience – it’s completely unacceptable. I have looked into this and our internal process from receiving your web order to booking in with our transport/sales team has failed on this occasion. This has now been reviewed and a new system has been implemented to stop this in future.
