Same as other reviews, no item no refund!
Ordered a phone on the 14th October, the next day was told not in stock I would get a refund. Like others waited and waited..no refund. Emailed them, said it had been sent and can't issue it again asked me to get the money back through the bank. The email has no information on about a refund or when it was issued. This is not normal behaviour for a business never have I had to do a chargeback in my life. Mastercard say it should be completed after review by December 24th. I would change my review if it was a mistake and the refund came through but from other reviews I don't think thats going to happen.
Unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket for a few months I would avoid.

My experience and what I think fonesave can improve to make fonesave better for us especially students
If you want to talk to someone they have a very responsive customer service. They provided tracking data but took them too long to post the item at first I was worried I wouldn't receive my item based on all these negative reviews but they came in less than a week I received my laptop. I think if they do a bit of advertising and do a next day or same day dispatch it will be here to stay and also they should allow PayPal at checkout. I will update my review after using the product for a month or week

Placed an order for Samsung S23 ultra on the 15th October, was told my order would be delivered on the 20th October. Nothing arrived so I contacted them, said it had been dispatched on the 19th, asked to wait. Contacted them again on the 25th, said they were investigating. I asked them to replace or refund, I received a txt message telling me I have been refunded but will have to wait 14 days. An absolute disgrace of a company, I will update this once I receive my refund. Just don't trust them, cowboys !!!!!

Absolutely shameful, placed an order for a TV, delivery date given, day off work to receive, the night before suddenly no stock, delivery next week or could have a full refund. Asked for refund, told to wait 14 days, foolishly waited, emailed chasing refund on 15th day, they eventually emailed back saying they had issued it and they couldn't re-issue so it was best for me to contact my bank. They will have had my money for over a month, if I get it back! Avoid at all costs.

Fonesave, No product received. No refund given!!!
I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra refurbished for £599 on 22nd September. Fonesave took payment, sent an email confirmining item despatched, no item received!!! I then received a text saying delay in delivery and without explanation Fonesave cancelled my order and claimed to have sent me a refund. No refund received, no record of a refund into my account to date. I just want my money back.
The response below means nothing, Still no refund received into my account to date. I will update this review when I receive a refund. I just want my money back.

After posting the above review on (16/10/2023) Fonesave paid me within a few hours.
What a shame it took a public declaration of poor customer service to make Fonesave do the right thing!!!
