Wish I had read the reviews before ordering an Iphone7 Pro.

Website showed phone in stock and dispatched next day. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock. Website still shows them in stock and ready to dispatch.

Then I contact via chat function who tell me it will be at least 2 weeks.

They took my upfront payment quickly enough. Apparently the refund will take a while. Judging by the comments here, I might be in for the long haul.

I would avoid in future.

I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra phone for £629 I have emailed them so many times, but they don't answer. Also, their telephone number is Fak. They have easily taken £629 from me. It has been 4 months. I see that people have been robbed. Please, let's report to the police without robbing other people's money.

Ordered a projector but upon checking Trustpilot immediately afterwards, I realised they were not a trustworthy vendor so immediately requested a refund. I received emails confirming this refund would be issued but have not received it yet. The website is now passwork protected and Fonesave have not responded to any emails. Definitely not a reputable seller; if their website ever comes back online, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a tv price £499 paid for it using my debit card,fonesave cancelled order after taking my payment.and said they will refund my payment however I have not received a penny back of my money.A complete SCAM,should not be allowed to advertise on any platform should be taken down immediately.

Purchased a Samsung soundbar and after the payment went through I received a text message from fonesave saying there is something wrong with the order and that's that. Heard nothing else and now I know this is a scam. How this lowlife criminal still in business is beyond belief. Do your self a favour and do not purchase anything fron this thief. Now I have to wait atleast 15days to be able to start a refund through bank.

Was about to buy a Samsung A54 5g 256g as the price was so phenomenal compared to Backmarket and CEX. See med too good to be true .... and it is! After reading all these experiences, the same poor pattern of behaviour, I think I'll make my purchase elsewhere instead!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME!!!! These people have a fine art in taking your money and not refunding you, but demand you go through your credit card company and do a chargeback, which is an absolute nightmare.

I have been waiting since the 22October 2023. You have been warned!!!! Good Luck to anyone else in my position... This site needs shutting down!!!!!

Ordered a Samsung sound bar which was about 3 days late all paid up front through Klarna. 4 days after the item arrived I received a credit from Klarna for the item. I then receive a very short unpleasant message from fone save on Saturday telling me about the credit in error and demanding imidiate payment as they no longer accept Klarna payment dispite it being plastered all over their web site and after accepting my initial order and payment (they didn’t say whose, error it was but Klarna confirmed the credit came from fone save) the following Monday (today) i received a message threatening me with a CCJ if I didn’t transfer the money into an account of their choosing by 5PM! I am offering to pay online with my credit card but they just keep saying pay us or we will collect it. Absolute shambles of a business changing the terms of sale days after delivery. Will update when I get an outcome edit Saga continues with further threats off CCJ despite me offering to pay by credit card I will receive no further warnings apparently. Will update after further communication

Awful company, i purachased a samsung watch which i chose to pay through klarna. Klarna for some reason issued me a refund after the first payment so i spoke to someone at fonesave about the situation and they said just pay us installments which was fine but the next day i had messages threatening with a CCJ. Please do not buy from this company they scam people.

Poor poor. Paid for a tv. But told a few days after out of stock so money would be refunded. 7 to 14 days this was 14th Oct. Still waiting a refund. Got told to go to bank and get money back by this company. Why not just pay up.

Thank you the reply. But no refund has been recieved. As of today 25th Nov. I believed my bank is involved and a refund needs to be passed to them as they have cancelled my debit card due to this concern and re issued a new card.

It's now 10th December and your still dragging out payment.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered phone. Given a delivery date then yesterday i received a messaged from Klarna saying my order had been cancelled not from fonesave themselves.

Contacted fonesave on email (they never answer or respond to calls) to be told my order had infact been cancelled.

A complete waste of time.

Absolutely disgusted with this company and wish I'd of checked the reviews first!! the sheer lack of communication is diabolical. Ordered a phone 2 weeks ago for £170.. still not arrived. When I emailed i was told it would be posted out 1st class this morning.. to then receive a notification from klarna to say my item has been refunded with no explanation!! When emailed the company I am now been ignored. There phone line is NEVER operating!! Do NOT do business with this shambles of a company!!

We have ordered via Clarna one sound system from this company. Clarna approved this purchase, we received a confirmation but this is it. Impossible to track this purchase, Impossible to contact this company, they don't answer to any calls or emails. So, I've started my research and have found on gov.uk that there is another company at the same adress, called Techmustgo.co.uk, with the same director's name and this company was created in October. So, i have call them, they have answered, but told that they are completely different companies and just hang off the phone. When I've called again, this man just refused to speak and still hang off the phone. What i think about all this - i will wait till the end of this week, if nothing changes, i will contact Clarna for the money return, i will explain to them that this company is not legitimate and they should not work with them and i will contact the authorities about these two companies. I don't like when someone trying to scam me. I will add more information later, when will have any updates.
Upd: ater i have called to both these companies with the same director, left voice message on fonesave, my order being canceled and Clarna should return the money. One more time, these two companies are the same, they are scammers, at least fonesave. The techmustgo was created on October 19th 23, they do have 2 reviews on Google till the moment, they don't want to speak with customers, but after i called and left messages that i will contact authorities and Clarna, the have canceled the order. So they receiving emails and listening the voice messages. Find both these companies by adding LTD at the end in the Google and you will see that they are ruled by the same person, they are located at the same adress and on techmustgo they DO answer on the phone calls. If you haven't received your money, call them. And one more, i will contact government about these companies, we should stop this. They don't have the goods, but they taking the money. Read their return and refund policy. You have to contact them in that cases, but it's impossible, cos nobody ever answers. Will be not easy to receive the money back. Good luck! I do NOT recommend fonesave and recommend to think twice before buying something from techmustgo.

Recived eamil from Paul just stating its been paid. However company accounts only show Domenico Colombo as a director with no employes.
Mr Colombo was involved in 3 other companies which were disolved or in liquidation

I ordered a TV from fonesave. I was told it was out of stock and I would receive a refund within 14 days.
That was over a month ago now and I still have no refund.
I paid directly with my bank card, so I struggle to believe that is a technical issues with the refund
I've phoned their helpline most days & i goes through to voicemail.

Ordered a tv, keep being told a delivery date. That date passes and no update. Now I have stopped receiving updates. Looking like a scam. Luckily used Klarna and reported to the UK consumer authority.

My laptop originally didn't arrive blamed the post office even though the original postage label was underneath which prooved it never left them
They sent the wrong model, plus it was broken
Was asked to return which I did 5 weeks later still not got refund, they said they tried a few weeks ago but card failed rubbish !
Alledgly they have now refunded no they havent so given to my bank to chase

Awful company, they cancelled my order without giving a reason. I paid £499.99 for a refurbished tv, then 3 days later was told I would get a refund in 7-14 days. I have waited 16 days, just emailed as they don’t answer the phone, being informed they have processed my refund via Stripe and to raise a query with my bank. No other details. I should have read reviews before ordering. Disgusting ,, AVOID

Just seen the below which is total rubbish. I did not pay through Stripe and the refund details you sent after I wrote my review are nonsense. The reference number is incorrect as I have already contacted the bank. If you knew there were refund issues you would have already updated customers. As for Klarna I actually tried to use this but it did not work. I also didn’t cancel my order, you did for no reason. Any worthwhile company would have already sent a refund. You are definitely scammers and I will be taking this further.

I should have known...deal too good to be true...paid, gave date of delivery , didn't turn up, contacted said delivery in another 5 days time, the next day they cancelled the order and supposedly refunded. Did they refund? NO! Contacted after 14 days, they said they couldn't refund again(don't believe they ever did) and I have to go through my bank(chargeback). Waste of time and money, if you are reading this do not waste yours! Stay away!

One week after item was to be delivered, no item, no tracking number, nobody is answering phone or emails. Abysmal. Looks like I now have to claim back through credit card. **UPDATE** Claimed money back through credit card, Still no response from Fonesave. SCAM! ***UPDATE 10.11.23*** Fonesave reply on here claiming they have sent a receipt etc. They have sent nothing. Don’t be fooled.
