Bunch of scammers didn’t send me my product and now ignoring the phone calls and emails whilst I’m trying to get my money back

Be extremely careful of this company complete scammers and liars be warned stay clear

Do not use!
Absolutle scammers.
Dont send the product, dont return calls and dont return money.
Ordered on 19.03.26, still trying to get my money now (09.06.26!)
They have more than one website which is how we fell for this scam. Please dont fall for it.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE.
ordered some flowplates and they never arrived. Was given every excuse they could think of for months and still never arrived. They even forgot some of the lies they told me on the phone. One day it was the plasma cutter was broken another day it the couriers fault because they had to take them back off the wagon for some reason then apparently the springs inside the flowplates were to tight and needed replacing (this after they were at the couriers??)
Wouldn't refund my money after about 3 months of me giving them every chance to send them to me.
Kept delaying the refund saying they need more information???
The refund never came!!
Phoned the fraud department of my bank and reported them as scammers and they did a charge back into my account luckily. (Which took another month)
Please don't use this company, it was a very stressful few months!

If I could leave 0 I would, what the other reviews say is correct. Terrible company, eventually way after the delivery timescale they kept telling me shutters were on 3-5 day carrier. They never did come within that time, When they finally did show up they only use their own transport, not a carrier at all, I sat in waiting for something that was never coming, do not get involved with them at any cost! We will never buy from them again, even the driver said he gets moaned at by everyone he delivers to about the timescale,

Crooks! Have taken our money and not provided any products. Avoid at all costs, this company is a scam. They have taken £2,000 with nothing to show for it. They lie to your face and fob you off on the phone and have no intention of delivering the product ordered. This has delayed our project by a week already and cost our business, we are now having to reorder the product from a legitimate company and they have no intention of giving a refund or delivering the products.

DO NOT USE - This has to be worst company i have ever dealt with !! You get excuse after excuse - they are even stupid enough to use the same excuse twice.
I ordered one flowplate, and a speed ramp on the 25th May and still have not received the items - i wish i had looked at their other reviews first!
You get someone called Lewis who clearly has no clue about anything, and surprise surprise he can never get hold of a manager when you ring. I was told there was a weeks lead time on the order which i understood, then Nicky ( who apparently is a manager ) told me at first that the goods had been dispatched, then that there was an issued getting the springs. Then, after numerous calls, which i had to start logging the time and date, Lewis keeps saying " I will ring you back" - obviously he never does - why not just say, 'I have your money so dont care now' and hang up because thats what everything he says translates to !

It is nearly three months now and i still havent got the goods i paid for in full ! RIPPED OFF!!!! They have made my company look so incompetent to my client as i havent completed what was supposed to be a relatively simple job

As others say on the google review, they just keep fobbing you off, so AVOID AT ALL COST. One star is way too many for the service they provide - actually, its not a service!
