Couldn't ask for a better service

I haven’t received the four cones I ordered. The expected delivery window has come and gone. I would like them to be delivered ASAP.

No delivery after 10 days then told it was already on the way.
14 days and still showing as dpd order placed but not with courier yet.
Repeated cancellation and refund requests ignored.
Will now Refund via bank

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered 4inch high kerb ramps on Saturday pm and they were delivered on Tuesday am. Perfect for wheelchair going from pavement to path without the length of full ramp.

POOR FINISH - NOT GOOD QUALITY
Didn't think the product was NEW sent to us, had a lot of marks on the cones and underneath looked like they been dragged about. Obviously if they were used we wouldn't complain, but we did message customer services but they said that's how they are. We wouldn't order any products off them for our commercial premises.
