At Flowerfete, we do operate a substitutions policy, where our florists are allowed to make minor changes to the bouquets that we deliver in order to ensure deliveries are made on the requested dates. Of course, we would still expect the flowers to be within the same style, colour, quality and value as those chosen on the website.
We are concerned that our customer service team have not been contacted regarding this order, so we have sent you an email to request a photo. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

Anniversary Messed up with - No humans only automated contact
Filling in request there are address sections to fill in but it is not clear which is the delivery address. When I realised the wrong address had been input I immediately went to the help option and entered the correct address requesting confirmation...I'm still waiting...Tried to call...No answer for days... I have yet to speak to a human. So the Anniversary Flowers went Home and not to the Restaurant they were planned for...nothing but automated emails like this asking my opinion.... How about some fresh flowers for when we return from Holiday... That would go some way to make up for the stress!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in sending flowers.
In order to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date and are safely received by the recipient, we do require the correct and complete address to be provided by our customers. Our website offers a search function, whereby the postcode can be entered to bring up the complete address. As our boxed items are sorted and dispatched automatically using the postcode, we were not able to detect an error in the address prior to dispatch.
Looking at our email system we have not received any contact regarding this order.

Super easy to order and pay. Excellent prices. On this occasion my flowers could not be sent on the same day as I had ordered but were delivered the next day. I received a phone call to say they would be delayed. Appreciated the phone call, but not the delay. However still a good experience.

Disgusted.
The flowers were dry and crushed.I was disgusted. They were for my daughters funeral on the 11th March and I had to go to Morrisons to pick up more flowers and had to do 2 more wreaths myself. Will Not be ordering from this company again.

I have had two really good experiences…
I have had two really good experiences with 'eflorist' and will definitely use this company again. The tulips were amazing and lasted well over a week. Hopefully the rose & lily bouquet will be just as lasting. I received helpful email updates too on the day of delivery.
