The flowers were lovely and delivered next day as said. Only issue was I ordered a large bouquet but a small bouquet was received, which was a shame for us but they were a lovely bunch. Not sure I will order again from this site due to size and cost.

Next day delivery. Blooms packaged well.

Ordering was very easy, flowers I'm told where beautiful I haven't seen them yet. Only small derail was in the delivery, I think I saw something where the courier was meant to send a notification on delivery. I never received one, a friend sent me a text to say they had arrived. Still a small detail I hope to use you again

i ordered some flowers as a gift for my daughter. she received them on the day as promised and was pleased with them.

Fast delivery however flowers didnt look quite so full in real life. Sister in law was still happy with them though.

I was looking at flowers to cheer up a friend in need.Looked at several websites and put the best flower in the basket determined to get a lovely suitiable bunch of flowers and ended up Duplicate the order.
they wer advertised as next day delivery.But ordered on Sunday, and delivery not availiable till Tuesday. As I paid, realised yhat I'd ordered 2 instead of 1.
Contacted the company first thing Monday. But denied a cancellation.Told - we have sent a request to our supplier asking to cancel your duplicate order.
We will come back to you as soon as they respond. Reason given was -Thank you for your email.

I am very sorry to advise that due to the notice period required by our supplier to make any change to orders we have been unable to change your order as requested.

The reason that we were unable to make the change requested is when the order is placed online the details go straight through to our supplier systems where the labels for the delivery box are printed immediately. The labels are then added to the boxes that the bouquets are packaged in for delivery which then go through to the main area where the bouquets are made and boxed ready for delivery.
Due to the high volumes of orders that the supplier deals with daily, it means that once the order has gone through the above stage they are unable to extract the order as it could cause delays to all of the other orders that are due to be despatched.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In effect Not able to change the order in anyway when its placed. Unhappy about the service.- Given two stars as the flowers were ok

Ordered flowers thinking it would be a different treat for my partner.

They arrived looking dead and to be honest I could of got a better bouquet from the local co-op.

Great selection of flowers to choose from. It arrived on time as it was said.

I ordered through eflorist not Flowerfete.
The card was printed incorrectly, and the flowers looked nothing like the picture I only hope they improve as they open. I understand the concept of flowers "in bud" but was expecting a better looking display. Some of the leaves were damaged.
On a positive note I was kept informed of delivery and they were delivered on time. Not really worth the money. I would have got better for less money at Aldi or Lidl.

The flowers were delivered within the times given. My sister-in -law was very pleased with the flowers and chocolates. She sent me a photo of them and they were lovely

The flowers for my mother in law have not yet been delivered. I was told they would be with her on Saturday 31st December but unfortunately when I tracked the item it is still at the depot. I know it is a bank holiday but no one notified me that they wouldn't be delivered on the given date.

didn’t give tracking or let me know it was on it’s way, still don’t even know if it’s at the recipients address or not

Please, both my orders were gifts so I don't know what the flowers are like, apart from friends phoning and thanking me for the gifts.

I ordered the flowers 11 days before and gave you the exact date when they were supposed to be delivered for somebody’s birthday and you delivered them a day late and totally spoiled the birthday surprise.

Beautiful flowers in bud as promised. Delivered on Sunday as requested. A brilliant service.

Flowers were not delivered and couldn’t redirect. Customer service was very poor.

The flowers have not arrived, even though they should have been delivered.
