Ordered Friday 28th for delivery on Saturday 29th. Recieved emails Sunday and Monday 1st asking for feedback. Tuesday the 2nd morning, flowers at Yodel depot still. Wouldn't have minded if they'd have given accurate date, but the birthday surprise was ruined.

The flowers were delivered very late considering it was a birthday gift and by the time the flowers arrived they were not in a good condition and some of the flower heads were broken.

Flowers bought as Anniversary present to be delivered on 30th April , they weren't very disappointing

Wasn't value for money at all, wasn't much in the bouquet for 22.99 yoie better off getting a 7.99 bouquet from sainsburys or any supermarket, the free box of lindt chocolates had 3 in the box lmao it was the smallest box of chocs I've ever seen I genuinely felt embarrassed after paying 28.99 with delivery. Do not waste your money.

They’ve arrived and my friend loved their flowers.

Not delivered on the day I paid for delivery then I’ve been trying to get in touch and I am yet to have a response. Now the special occasion has been missed and I’ve paid £40 for some flowers that are just dying somewhere.

We ordered flowers for my sisters birthday she received them a few of them were dead on arrival and flowers looked nothing like we ordered ,value for money was very poor indeed we ordered a bouquet of £21.99 picture she sent us was about £6 value in a supermarket containing a few roses chrysanthemum and carnations will not be ordering from you again

The flowers were delivered to "A shed" at the school rather than the school reception. It took a lot of stress to locate them which took the joy out of giving the flowers.

Flowers were ok, no contact from delivery people arrived at 5 o'clock in the evening

The flowers arrived in a perfect condition. The recipient commented that they were fresh and well packed.
However i thought there was going to be free pack of chocolate with it. This was not received.

Ordered flowers on the 28th Feb 2023, Still yet no flowers delivered and no one willing to contact me to give me ,my refund. Appalling.
Do not order if you don't want to lose money. Feel like I have contributed to this company to keep going and ripping others off. I will not stop until my refund has been issued.
I will never use this company again!!!!

Kept well informed of progress of order which was delivered as promised.

Easy to order very good indeed delivered as asked and my sister was very pleased with them as it was her birthday
