I ordered garden roses and greenery for my daughter's wedding from Flower Explosion. The flowers couldn't have been any nicer. Maria was very helpful answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend flower explosion for a high quality and convenient experience.

I ordered all the flowers for my wedding with Flower Explosion and I couldn't be any happier with them! The customer service representative was super helpful on the phone when I called and gave me some great ideas and tips on how to create my own centerpieces for the wedding. I placed the order and the flowers arrived three days before my wedding, which gave them enough time to hydrate and bloom gorgeously. They looked amazing and I got so many compliments on them!! All my friends wanted to know where I got those amazing looking garden roses. They even lasted over a week after my wedding. I am super happy with this company and will buy from them again no doubt.

The first time I ordered through this company was fantastic. However, the last two times I have ordered flowers have all ended negatively. I selected a delivery date, was never contacted to inform me that my delivery date was changed due to "quality assurance". I needed the flowers for an event the next day, hence the selected delivery date. Called to check the status and was informed my flowers would arrive on the day of the event. They arrived literally last minute and they were in REALLY bad shape. Like limp and wilted and already dying bad shape. Next incident: On January 28th I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 8th of February so I could have them for another event on the 9th. I received no tracking e-mail. I emailed them and said if I don't receive my flowers by the date I picked, I will not be happy. I received an e-mail on the 7th stating they would be overnighted and I would receive an tracking update e-mail. Still have yet to receive those flowers and the tracking e-mail still says pending... Was called by a representative and asked if I would like new flowers sent to arrive on the 9th at no cost to me. Ummm, no. I needed them by the 8th FOR the 9th. I was also told I would receive a full refund, which has not happened yet either. It is now the 10th, and I guess my flowers are out there somewhere in the world lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Especially if you want flowers to actually be delivered.

Do not buy from Flower Explosion!!! I ordered a dozen roses and they arrived wilted with barely any life left in them. They were in transit for 4 days with no water vials attached to the ends of each rose! They were shipped from Quito, Ecuador not California. I immediately clipped them and placed in water with flower food upon arrival and waited  a day before contacting the company in hopes the water would magically rejuvenate them, I had no such luck. I provided photos with my complaint and received an email back saying the roses looked great and to make sure I clip them and peel back the outer 5 pedals. If I were to peel back all the wilted pedals I would be left with stems. Very bad experience all around!

I ordered black tinted roses for my GF, unfortunately for me the day before delivery Hurricane Matthew hit the east and Fedex had to delay delivery( I received and email from flower explosion letting me know) which means the roses came in bad condition :( I emailed them pictures of the flowers and within 10 minutes I got an email back saying they'll send me new flowers! Two thumbs up to flower explosion.

Flower Explosion is the most popular florists in this area. They can make a Premium Roses arrangement in a hotel, sized display or as small as a single blossom for an accent piece. Fresh flowers are just they always have.

I ordered Premium Roses petals for my daughter's reception and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased! I decorated 25 tables with the petals and then had enough to use them on the cake table, the toasting table and the buffet table with 2 bags unopened. After the reception they were still beautiful (at least 8 hours of being out of the refrigerator) and the bridesmaids all took some home to dry them and use in pomanders and sachets. Had MANY compliments. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I was a little nervous about ordering our wedding flowers from an online site without many reviews but decided to give it a shot. We received our shipment on schedule and even received a follow up call to confirm they arrived. The flowers were beautiful and the cheapest deal I found anywhere. I was very pleased and would recommend flower explosion very highly!

I liked their website at first sight. It is neat, clean and it's easy to buy. What I liked the most is that the price shown was final, there were no extra shipping charges and stuff. That is why I decided to give them a chance.

My wife loves callas and to make her own arrangements, so I bought a small box of some peculiar mini-callas I think. 3 days later the fedex guy was knocking on our door with a box that was still cold. I'm not an expert on flowers or anything like that, but I have to say that those flowers were gorgeous. Btw, I didn't believe at the beginning that they shipped from South America, but it said so on the fedex label.

I've been planning weddings for almost ten years. About 3 years ago I stated buying fresh cut roses online, I think it was a great choice. Last week I found this company on Google and decided to give it a try because it offered the same roses that I frequently buy at a better price than my previous supplier. They also assured that their flowers came straight from Ecuador. Anyway, I placed an order of 50 roses to try, the next day I got a FedEx tracking number and it was true, the box had departed from Ecuador the very same night.
The quality of the roses was good and the sales manager even called me the day the roses arrived to check on me. I will keep on buying to Flower Explosion. My only suggestion is that they should sell some other varieties as well i.e. tulips.
