I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Roseaholics.

I’ve ordered from them before and had a good experience, which is why this was so surprising. This time, the roses arrived with thorns still on them — I actually cut my finger handling the arrangement, which should never happen with a product like this.

On top of that, the overall arrangement looked rushed and poorly put together compared to what’s advertised. It didn’t reflect the quality I expected based on my past order.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. I reached out to customer service and they have not been willing to offer a refund or properly address the issue.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope they take quality control and customer concerns more seriously going forward.

The roses were beautiful and most importantly on time. Great company.

These flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I’ve never had a rose that has the little ripple at the end of the petal.

They came in a long box and then inside that one was another small box that protected the roses themselves.

They were not wilted or anything even though it was very warm down here in Florida during the delivery.

I put them in water with some ice cubes and no plant food and they lasted almost 20 days!

I received these as an item I have on a wish list and I cannot believe how beautiful these arrived. I am keeping them on my wish list for another color maybe in the future. Beautiful roses! ❤️ 🌹

My wife loved the Blue Rose's and they were just because. Thank you for your swift and detailed service. My daughter is now asking for the long stem pink ones. Be back soon...

Beautiful roses the best

My experience with this company was absolutely perfect and my flowers were gorgeous! I ordered hot pink roses the first time and the second time I ordered a yellow rose bouquet both were five stars. Upon the arrival of my first bouquet I was skeptical about how they would look because they came in a box but once they were open I relaxed and once they began to actually bloom I became ecstatic because they were absolutely gorgeous and they also lasted for almost 2 weeks. This is my go-to company for all future flower purchases.

The colors of the roses I got weren’t close to the colors in the picture you post. They were not 36” long. And many of them were drooped over dying when they arrived. Really disappointing.

Ordered flowers from Rosaholics. They arrived on time and looked good, nothing to complain about. Pretty much what I expected :)

You have beautiful roses.But when they arrive, they are a little bit on the wilted side.

These folks have not only delivered some stunningly beautiful roses, but they have helped me with a couple questions I’ve had and did so very quickly and easily. It doesn’t get any better!

They got exactly what we're looking for.
The only discrepancy I have is hard to talk to somebody over the phone I feel like direct communication is a better way to communicate with anybody but your email is accurate and internet access is good.
Service has been great so far I'm still waiting on my order so I don't know yet thank you
