I ordered what was clearly advertised as Vintage Peonies, but what was delivered were pink roses. When I contacted Rosaholics about the mistake, their response was that their “peony-style blooms feature the Peonikiss flower, a variety that behaves more like a peony than a traditional rose.”
That explanation raised concerns for me, so I went back and carefully reread the full product description for the bouquet I ordered. Throughout the description it repeatedly refers to the flowers as peonies and even describes the arrangement as a “peony bouquet.” At no point does the listing clearly state that the flowers are actually roses designed to resemble peonies.
To get a neutral analysis, I even ran the entire description through an AI tool and asked it whether a typical customer would believe they were purchasing peonies or roses. The conclusion was that a reasonable customer would believe they are purchasing peonies, and that the description is misleading because it repeatedly states “peonies” and “peony bouquet” without clearly explaining that the flowers are actually roses that merely resemble peonies.
I reached out to the company multiple times asking them to correct the order or make the situation right. Unfortunately, after my requests, they stopped responding altogether.

I seen this company (rosaholics ) on a ad on my phone so I gave it a try at first I receive the item I ordered the was a little durpee leaves falling off etc I text them n letting them know the problem they were quickly to resolve. They sent me order again n it was 200%better perfect love the flowers n the company thank you very much 😊

What was the point of ordering it when I did if it wasn’t to arrive on time? Why is shipping so expensive. Ridiculous. Won’t be using again.

Rosaholics was new to me last year and since then I have purchased multiple orders with them. Why you may ask, well place an order and find out. They continue to be consistent with their products and delivery. Their customer service respond in a timely manner to issues you may have (if any), and they last a long time. I will continue to order from them.

Worst Company for Customer Service. I ordered flowers to arrive on a certain date for a special occasion paying the extra fee. I received an email informing me my flowers would arrive 2 days after the date I requested. I emailed Rosaholics and received one email claiming delays etc also an email from Valeria, client experience, who informed she would personally monitor my delivery. The flowers arrived 2 days late which were squashed and left at the top of our driveway. I have made numerous attempts to email Rosaholics and Valeria again with no response. It is also to be noted they won’t allow negative reviews on their website as I have made several attempts to leave on with it being sent to review and never appearing. Th one that made me laugh was I placed another negative comment on their Facebook page and I have since been blocked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

These were the best flowers I have ever received. They also lasted the longest. Almost two weeks and they still looked great. Will definitely buy again. Thanks for putting a huge smile on my face and an even bigger one on my wife's.

Ordered a Bellini Blossom for my fiancé on Valentines Day. Roses came in smashed and many of them had the blooms snapped off. The card was very cheap and was also bent. Now I am struggling with their customer service to get reimbursed. Buyer Beware

I ordered roses based on a picture. They were very large roses. What I ended up getting were not different than what I could get for substantially less money at a grocery store. I complained and got a very disappointing response. I have never written a negative review online before for any company. Will never use them again.
They just responded to my review and blamed me. The order has the picture. I was manipulated.

I ordered their Peony Vintage bouquet,based on their former online description that has changed since my purchase. What was sent were "Peony like" roses. The order shipped 2 days early and was held by UPS overnight. When I emailed them asking about the integrity of the flowers lasting, it took until email #2 that my concern was acknowledged. Their 1st response was more like your order shipped early, you should be happy. Pics were sent by the receiver and CLEARLY these are roses. I was told I ordered what I got. Peonies are not roses. My negative review on their website magically dissappeared or wasn't posted.

I spent over $200 for 50 long stem roses. I only received a box of 25 for valentine's day. I've been back and fourth with this so called company through emails for the past week. They keep wanting pictures of a product that I DON'T HAVE. I gave them my phone number because they don't do phone communication. Finally they offered me 35% back on the missing 25 (not including shipping) and 20% off my next order ( there will no next order). The 25 that I did receive started dying 2 days later. 😤
