My experience with Florence has been great because, the agency fosters a positive, collaborative environment, prioritises professional growth, and maintains high standards, ensuring both staff satisfaction and outstanding service for clients and service users.

My experience bothered on misaligned shifts. As complicated as it was; this was resolved within reasonable time with speed and alacrity that leaves me without further questions or queries. The staff I encountered came across with good understanding of the underlying problems which were resolved in a pleasant way.

Not reliable, low pay they only pay you 11 hours for a 12 hour shift, day&night, it doesn't matter if you are the only nurse in the building.
If you have a problem with the client they support the client and not you.
Every time you call them you talk to a different person, I think they have fake names as it is impossible not to talk at least twice with one person.
On top of that, they have no shifts, I have 2-3 shifts a month, that is ridiculous.
Also if it's something they don't like, they will block your account without informing you in advance, that shows how much respect they have for theirs employees.
Just avoid, I can't find anything good about them

Very great staffing agency. Staffs are prompts to listen to your queries and sort you you out. And steady shifts for various locations.

Florence Staffing provides me shifts according to my visa to protect me and the organisation according to my visa specifications

Im happy because the shifts which I got from florence comes under my catchment area after a long wait.... again Im waiting for the shifts under my catchment area. Hope florence will help me out in this regard

Great App, after 3 months strict and very rigid documentation/recruitment process, I experienced highly responsive live chat since I started working shifts. The app is very interactive, equipped and all the information about shifts provided.

Florence is a good company, it feels like a home. The management always support to the staff

I’ve been with Florence for the past three weeks and I would say they are by far the best. Thumbs up

I have been with Florence since February 2022. At the beginning they were ok with the shifts, however as the time progressed the shifts have become less and less. There aren’t many shifts, and around my area, living fairly close to London the shifts are still far away, 50 miles plus. The local homes that there are registered with Florence only post shift every 150 day plus. It’s because quite not that great, and if you do book a shift, you don’t get booked in. I know that this is up to the homes, but still… florence should investigate this matter, if someone is trying to book shifts with a home and they never choose you, despite as a nurse / hca you have a good rating. Whenever there were any shifts some of the homes were fair amounts per shift / per hour. Very disappointed with Florence

Florence is a joke. As for today my account is under review because I had a booked shift to go but unfortunately I was ill under 24 hours before the shift start and I just go to work unwell, so I did not show. Someone from the office rang me and left a voice mail. What is my point? Is alright if booked shifts for the care home to cancel staff shift starting in 24 hours without any penalty of the home. But once Florence staff cancel shift straightaway they will block your account. This is absolutely ridiculous because one can have unplanned event piior to shift starting.

Well, I am not bothered at all because Florence is my part - time job. I will advise everyone not to rely on this guys call Florence because they don’t look after their staff they only care about the money.

Their pay rate is one of the lowest in Agency job now

Florence are highly professional,
Communication is excellent and I
am very happy working for them.
You pick up the shifts that suit you.
There are many shifts posted daily and pay is weekly always on time.

I am currently enjoying my stay at Florence although i faced delays during the registration process. I would strongly recommend to be part of the team.

The nurse on shift left the building without a nurse and allowed another carer to take him to the hospital. this meant the home was left with unsafe numbers.

I am very grateful to have found this online course provider. Really fantastic short courses with up to date information and a lovely pdf to buy after you've completed the short assessment. Appreciate that this company tells you the exact price of the certificate before you start your particular course and that it writes up your skills for you in your profile portfolio so you can see for yourself your newly acquired experience.
