I ordered flooring that was due to be delivered towards the end of August. Unfortunately, close to the date, Briony reached out to explain the floor was not in stock. She offered multiple options to resolve the issue. She was polite and professional and prompt to reply to my emails. My floor arrived today and I am so happy with it. Can't fault my experience. 5 star customer service and even though my experience wasn't straight forward they made sure I was happy throughout.

Terrible experience.
Despite taking my money they did not actually have the product in stock.

Lady was brilliant in store very helpful, delivery driver not so good left us to bring carpet in because I live in a flat first floor carpet fitter Adam brilliant as well fitted us in within 2 days of delivery, only down full was delivery driver but unfortunately I will not be using this company again.

Problem solved thanks to Melissa.
This was my third order from Flooring Revolution.
I had 5 packs left over from my second order to complete another room so I ordered 8 packs.
On the day of installing I realised the fitting were different.
I contacted the company and informed them and was told someone from Customer Services will get in touch.
Melissa phoned me. She was very friendly, thoughtful and understood my distress.
I was elated when the call finished.
She kindly resolved the problem.
My room is now completed.
Will definitely use Flooring Revolution again
