There was a problem with my order and it was dealt with very quickly .Ideally my order should not have encountered a problem but the customer service was very good in rectifying my problem giving me peace of mind. I Would recommend .

Im making a complain with FOS right now

Purchased click-fit flooring which a professional joiner spent 8 hours attempting to install. Multiple boards failed to lock together correctly, making the product unfit for purpose. Flooring Revolution refused to refund boards cut during normal installation, despite the defect only becoming apparent during fitting. I ultimately had to abandon the installation and purchase an entirely new floor from B&Q. Extremely disappointing customer service and dispute handling.

We ordered flooring from this company. It came two weeks late after an agreed delivery date and turned out to be totally the wrong colour flooring. The only option was for us to return it at our expense as they refused to help.

Terrible after sales service, would not recommend to anybody, shocking company where managers and team leaders refused to take phone calls from customers.

I would not recommend this company to anybody at all.

The staff (1 person) was very helpful and explained what the difference between artificial grasses, very helpful.
Deliver was a little slow but the sales person had warned us. On the day of delivery the timing was accurate and we were kept informed. Arrived as informed. Off loading was easy and quick. Very pleased with the product.

From start to finish, the service from Flooring Revolution has been excellent — knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward throughout. The delivery, however, truly stood out, arriving promptly and without any issues whatsoever.
The quality of the flooring itself has left me extremely impressed. It has a genuinely resilient feel underfoot and shows real scratch resistance in day-to-day use (It's only been down for a week) What has set it apart the most is the texture — it has an authentic wood feel that none of the samples we received from other companies came close to matching, they all appeared printed and disappointing. You can immediately tell the difference in quality.

I called Keith for advice on what materials I required. He was extremely helpful, and sent me a payment link for the order.
Floor arrived exactly on time, and I'm very happy with it (12mm Kronitex Coniston). The floor is very solid underfoot and feels very high quality.

Ordered flooring and was explicitly told by a sales rep it would be delivered on Friday — I booked contractors for Monday installation on the back of that assurance. No call came Thursday as promised, and I only found out on the day that the delivery had been moved.
When I tried to get answers, there was no way to speak to anyone on the phone at all — I was forced onto a chat, where I then had to wait 30 minutes just to get through to a human after being bounced around a useless chatbot.
When I finally got through, I was told an "Eco Delivery" option had been selected at point of sale — something I never chose — which apparently gives them licence to move your delivery date at will. Rather than taking any responsibility for their team's error, I was told the routes were full and the earliest they could do was the 17th.
No phone support, no proactive communication, no accountability, and no attempt to fix a mistake their team made. Complete shambles from start to finish. Avoid.

Excellent experience with Flooring Revolution. A much cheaper price than anywhere else for real wood flooring. It was delivered on time and kept up to date with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered LVT flooring which arrived in an unacceptable condition. After raising the issue, I requested either a refund or a replacement. The company agreed to provide a replacement; however, four weeks later, I am still waiting.

Since then, the delivery has been rescheduled three separate times, with each promised delivery date passing without the replacement arriving. Despite repeated assurances, the matter remains unresolved.

This experience demonstrates a complete lack of regard for customer service, communication, and basic contractual obligations. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a company to rectify issues caused by its own failures.

The low price may appear attractive, but the poor service, delays, and inconvenience have made this one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I have encountered.

Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and disappointment—look elsewhere.

Delivery was on time. Some spc tiles inside boxes had broken edges. Return or exchange quite easy but return takes time.
Otherwise excellent quality with good interlocking system. Some tiles have asymmetrical design.

Great experience and poppy was especially helpful, assisting with a delivery question. Professional and efficient.

The choice of flooring is really good and it was easy to organise the delivery. We chose the coniston in dark oak with the underlay. We were kept informed about the delivery and it arrived on time. It’s now fitted and it looks fantastic. The guys that fitted it said it was the best they’ve fitted and how good the quality is and said they would recommend it to others. We’ve had it laid throughout the downstairs and we’re so happy with it. I’m trying to convince the husband into replacing our upstairs flooring with more of the same.

Perfect simple service. I ordered a product that wasnt in stock. the staff sent me other options and helped me overcome the issue. Delivery was fairly quick. Product is solid and very durable looking. I've opened 1 box so far, looks great quality. Thanks. T.Watson.

What was ordered was not what was delivered. The company said they "rebranded". It is false advertising and they are taking no responsility for this and refusing to exchange/refund

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. would give no star but that's not an option, Ordered flooring on 31st march was told it would be delivered on 18th April no delivery call company to be told delivery will be on 22nd so cancel hospital appointment on that day so we can wait in again and surprise surprise we had no delivery call again ask can manager give me call waiting again for no phone call. We've had no correspondence at all from flooring revolution no text email nothing not even a sorry. was given another delivery date today 06/05/26 so ring this morning make sure delivery is still on to be told yet again no delivery i ask can I please speak with a manager to be told im sorry our managers do not have phone numbers and the manager will not discuss issues about flooring with customers (well why have a manager) I'm so frustrated I've now cancelled my order so hopefully will not have to wait long for refund.

Boards itself are great and thick! Super easy to lay! Delivery took longer than expected though but overall would recommend!
