One of my knives had a fault in the steel. Communication about it was exceptionally quick and the item was replaced without hesitation the very next day. Exemplary customer service that is so often lacking in a lot of retail companies. Thank you!

Boxed carving set
I received the carving set and am delighted with the quality. Unfortunately the wooden case in which it arrived was damaged, the hinge screws were not fixed securely resulting in the lift-up lid wobbling about, and it seems this cannot be fixed because the screw holes are too large.
Such a shame because i dont feel able to gift it in the box now.
