We bought a set of knives from Flint and Flame at a food fair, and had a issue with one of them upon contacting them we expected the normal response we've had from other companies in the past, we spoke to Mollie and within 48 hours a replacement had been delivered, we decided that we would like to expand our collection and again contacted Mollie, from that point forward the level of service was excellent mainly advisory at first followed by precise information and help when we wanted to takeout further, really good old fashioned service all done with a smile, absolute pleasure to deal with this company thank you

I’ve enjoyed owning and using a Flintandflame pocket knife for at least a couple of years. So I was saddened when the spring in it just broke one day.
One email and I found the company were as good as their word. They replaced the knife free of charge. Without quibble. Without lengthy back-and-fore messaging; or forms to fill in.
A breath of fresh air in this day and age.

Knives and equipment to last a life time

So chuffed with latest purchase. Off set bread knife in the Pro series - so good! I have small hands and a bad grip, so the wiggly pattern on the knives reduces slipping for me, much easier to hold. Bread a doddle, but also melon, where a usual knife would stick half way...Lovely to look at too. Came beautifully presented as usual and with a separate guard, although now displayed, will keep safe for moving.

Great product. My partner has had a flint & flame knife for years so we decided to get a full set (7 on the leather magnetic block). We had them engraved too. Look fantastic on display in our kitchen.

I've used Flint & Flame knives for years and they are a real pleasure to use. Recently I bought a set of barbecue tools in a beautiful roll at the Audley End Garden Show. They're such a joy! We had a very minor issue that was sorted out incredibly quickly, and every time I unbuckle the roll and choose which beautifully crafted tools to use this time I love the heft of them, the craftsmanship, and now I can think of the amazing customer service too. It's so rare to find a genuine company who stand behind their product 100%.
