The Convenience of Five9

I was very excited to see when my complany made the change and how quicly agents were able to adapt to the new system. Very user friendly. Any issues reported by agents then reported back to Five9 are always taken care of very quickly so Supervisors can get the agents back on the phone. I definitely appreciate the fact that I am able to go from a salesforce call log straight to the actual call. Saves quite a bit of time!

Five9 Has Increased My Productivity by Ten Fold!!

It has made reporting so much easier and I've barely tapped into all it can do!! One thing I do wish we could fix is the ability to have the agents emails also included in the email pop-up for automated reporting. Having to individually load them instead of picking from a pick list is a bit time-consuming. One other thing is I'd love to have the audio wave separate on all calls. Most have them mixed together in blue.

Great Support

We recently implemented the secure pay connector for our members to update payment information on their own. The Five9 team was very detailed on the explanation on not only what to do but why it has to be done that way. That extra time helps us to be able to manage the connector after the roll out. The Five9 team is always available to answer any questions and walk us through any processes which helps reduce the stress of adding new features. Its integration with Salesforce has made it a great one stop shop for servicing our members.

Very efficient platform

Five9 is very user friendly CRM , and makes daily duties so easy, saves time , very efficient. Increases productivity. Love the way it is integrated in Salesforce and easily accessible.

The Five9 Experts

What made my experience great was working with the Project Manager Cris, the platform engineer Richard, and our TAM Bok, having their expertise and knowledge of how Five9 can help us in our business and what tools we may want to use, has been the best part of integrating Five9 with our Salesforce. The ability for Five9 to grow with our company makes it easy for us to not have to waste man hours trying to figure out solutions and instead use our Five9 contacts to guide us through our questions.

Great Customer Support! Great product!

Five9 makes it super convenient to update member accounts in Salesforce with call details. Our company is about to expand our product usage and start using the email and chat functions in five9 as well. Testing of this feature has been a HUGE success and the integration with Salesforce will automate task updates and make the process of servicing members much faster. Customer service has been very supportive and training has been very thorough. I highly recommend this company for any Contact Center solutions you may need!

Five9 has been an exceptional partner for our company for years.

Their existing product suite has been a staple in our business for telephony support and analytics. They have also continued on releasing additional products which are exciting to test & expect to add significant value to our support function teams over the coming year.

Awful

Awful, completely awful, bouncing calls all the time, sometimes, part of the interface is missing, you could try to put a blame on me or my PC, but I am an employee of 500+ users company, we all work remotely and experiencing the same issues, this is neverending nightmare, I hate everything about their product, SF integration deserves -150/5

There is no way to see your…

There is no way to see your communication history with someone you’ve been dealing with. Every platform since AIM allows you to view history seamlessly. Why there isn’t a simple message history is unbeknownst to me. Even when you “disposition” something, there should still be a running message log that you can EASILY look back on. Instead you have to remember the person, type the number in and search, click on history, AND THEN click each message bubble until you happen to find the message bubble that you were looking for. AIM had a more congruent way to view messages than this platform 25 years later.

PATHETIC SERVICE

Well firstly, I never got what I needed to cancel a subscription or subscriptions. Even after cancelation through the app I still get billed due to lack of information regarding with who and what for. Even though they say It's canceled. Shows you how quickly a terrorist organization can get funds if the helpline itself can't say for what and who it is.

This is a very dodgy site that should be queationed on how they get customer card details to charge them. I've changed my card twice and still they try to charge me from different unknown sites. They should be investigated and shut down.

This web address sphtcsg.com is Whois privacy locked. However if you are brave enough to click anything on the website and (accept) the unknown pop ups. You will be directed to app.five9.com.
Also with a great deal of privacy locking on their Whois report. Now that relationship has be established. I would have nothing to do with the “company”.
However though do to a transfer cycle my bank account was fortunate/unfortunate enough to decline a charge for 39.99 by sphtcsg.com who is solely connected to five9. Made on a day and at a time I was unconscious in bed.
Since app.five9.com seems to be running this generic shady website. I am looking to you to rectify this attempt theft likely some probing attack.
If during my investigation if I find even a hint that five9 owns this site I will leverage every action angle my counsels firm can find and bring every federal investigatory agency ,service, and body that will have an interest in a large company steal money damaging the citizenry’s already strained state with additional false financial information.

Where did they get my details

This company keep on making transactions on my card without me having anything to do with them. I don't even know who,what or where they are. I had to cancel my bank card twice and then contact them to reverse the transaction
