The ordering and delivery process is excellent since the introduction of the Fittlehub. The product quality is excellent. However I am disappointed at the redesign of my stoma bag. The new design is more bulky and less discrete than the previous design which I found to be perfect.

Terrible, online ordering doesn’t work despite phoning them twice to sort out the issue. I don’t want to phone in an order. When i did phone to order, i had to wait 10 minutes before anyone answered. Didn’t receive order in 2 weeks, was told, they didn’t know that my order was to be placed straight away. What??

Too big for the contents and, as a consequence stuffed with wasted packaging. This is difficult to dispose of and the box itself cumbersome to manage.

Company is ok, not excellent. I guess they have a trapped audience so don't have to try too hard. I have had wrong stuff Turning up, which I gave to the hospital. Luckily I had enough spares to cope until I reordered. The DPD delivery is often left on the doorstep, these are important medical supplies and I don't need them being stolen by chancers thinking they have got lucky.
I have had my account dissappear, both online and via email and have had to redo all my details again.
I also require a 3Ltr overnight drainage bag but you don't do 1. I am checking out other suppliers as I am having to buy my own when they should be on prescription. Just put any date in as this is ongoing now for sometime.

I have been delighted by the excellent service from Fittleworth. At a time when things could have been stressful and problematic it was great to know that there was a reliable and efficient team to make this aspect of my journey as straightforward as possible.
The prompts to reorder and negotiating delivery to a safe place when necessary have made the temporary stoma situation very ‘doable’.

Shocking!! Do not use. They have left me with no supplies again and have caused me so much anxiety and distress. They continuously ignore emails and if you’re lucky enough to get through on the phone they don’t have a clue why your order is delayed and do nothing to help. They do not care at all. Strongly advise anyone with a stoma to avoid this supplier as you’re likely be left in a dire situation frequently.
Fittleworth if you want to respond to this review please tell me who I contact to make a formal complaint as the website does not state this….. wonder why.

Very satisfied with the service Fittleworth provided for my brother, who has special needs. Very responsive if an emergency delivery is required but also proactive in assisting with getting a regular reminder set up. Five stars!

I've had a stoma for 7 years and never had an issue with stoma supplies until this year, where orders have been missed and delayed. Ive been forced to wear stoma bags whilst waiting for emergency supplies and even told to go to a local hospital to get some stoma bags because a delivery was running late. I've contacted fittleworth with a formal complaint which has so far not been acknowledged or responded to. People with life long medical conditions deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and fittleworth doesn't appear to care about that. I'm escalating my complaint to ensure people with stomas don't have to spend time and energy wondering where their medical supplies are.

By and large, I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by telephone operatives in my five years of Using Fittleworth. Only one or two have been a little on the 'surly' side, funnily enough usually male operatives.
Email enquiries on the other hand are a different matter entirely. It is frustrating enough having to wait two days for a response, particularly when one is running short of supplies, but nine times out of ten replies either don't fully answer the question or miss the point entirely. On occasion I have had to resign myself to following-up with a 'phone call only to discover that information contained in the initial email response was untrue. I have sent emails challenging such responses but have never received a reply. It is for that reason I have knocked off two stars for this review.
The new 'hub' facility seems to work well although for some reason and until recently, my orders have been split in to two (on one occasion three) parts resulting in parts of my GP's authorisation being missed and those elements remaining in abeyance. Incidentally, my last order (March) was the first and only occasion where I haven't had to make a follow-up 'phone call to make sure all items were covered. In retrospect, it was a far simpler process when you could 'phone an order through and let Fittleworth do the rest.
Delivery used to be faultless, but over the past year or so, DPD have been indifferent with delivery dates, very often not those specified by Fittleworth. I have sometimes arrived home on a non-delivery date to find it dumped on my doorstep. The last delivery was handed to me in a very misshapen, repacked and heavily sellotaped box. The contents were all squashed together with most of the items outer packaging damaged. Fortunately, the actual products appeared to be serviceable - although now I'm not so sure as I've had to change bags more frequently than in the past.
Finally (and on a good note), I'd like to say how much the complimentary items, bags & wipes, are appreciated. Please remember, folks, these are "complimentary"; they do not have to supply these at all!
