Veka Omnia WindowFitters- the best windows on the market
We installed 8 Veka Omnia acoustic glass windows. Kevin the sales person arrived and did very professional offer for us without any pressure - answered patiently one thousand questions that I asked him over three weeks. I then proceeded with the front of the house. The installers came in April and did brilliant job. The windows are perfect and we liked them very much, so we decided to do the back of the house as well. The second lot of installers came today (May) and they were very professional. Andy took good care of installation, glazing and everything else. Also, we got all our certificates. After the second lot Tyleri took care of everything, very kind and helpful.
I would recommend both the company and the windows to anyone; I am an engineer and I spent plenty of time considering the other options and this one is the best. The house is now very very quiet.

Fantastic service & great value, highly recommend!
We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by Fitter Windows, and we couldn't be happier. Kevin, who provided the quote, was great to deal with, no sales pressure, just a competitive price and helpful communication throughout.
Installation was quicker than expected, starting just four weeks after paying our deposit and completed in three days, including two tricky bay windows. The installers were professional, friendly, and did a high-quality job. A window pane was accidentally damaged during fitting which we understand can happen, but it was replaced within a week and we really appreciated the quick turn around.
Overall, fantastic service, great value, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had all our windows fitted by Fitter Windows recently and honestly couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. Andy and the team were professional, friendly, turned up when they said they would and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The quality of the work is spot on and the difference it’s made to the house is huge.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and how helpful they were throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed and you can tell they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend Fitter Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

Good communication thoughout via telephone & emails. 2 fitters arrived on time.

My experience with the window fitters.
Fitters turn up on time and the windows were fitted quite professionally and efficiently. All working sites were left clean and tidy. However, a second visit was necessary to fitt an extractor fan by a different fitter, all was resolved on 23 /4/26. I have no complaints regarding any of the fitters.

A happy experience from beginning to…
A happy experience from beginning to end.
The salesman at the beginning was pleasant and not too overbearing, the surveyor made sure everything was 100% accurate and the fitters were extremely hard working and polite.
All rubbish was cleared away and we are very happy with our finished product.
Only reason I didn't give five stars was for minor issues;
The salesman told us we had to sign up straight away to get the price quoted so we wernt able to find other quotes to compare to. It seems to me, if you're that confident with your product and price you wouldn't mind customers comparing quotes.
Also, fitters were a couple of hours late one day but they got the job done so not really a problem.
Would recommend.

From start to finish the customer service has been fantastic, Andy P in particular has been very attentive and helpful throughout.
The installation was quick and the windows look brilliant, there is an immediate difference to the amount of outdoor sound being let it in which is great. I've done 4 stars simply because I've only had them for one day, so will up date as time goes on. But so far so good and would recommend!

After a few minor hiccups at the start of the work everything went very smoothly and the window fitters done a fantastic job. I can honestly say I'm very happy with the quality installation and finish.

Great fitters
Great fitters. I was supposed to have our windows and doors replaced on the 14th of Jan for a period totalling three days. Two weeks before they called to ask if we were able to have them fitted a week early as a previous job finished early. I obviously said yes and the two lads that came a fitted them couldn't of been better. The weather was terrible, rain and cold so obviously kept them fueled with hot drinks and snacks. But they finished the job to a high standard and made an instant boost to my kerb appeal. Ill keep these guys in mind if I ever move again and need windows and doors doing again.

Good product & service
The fitter forgot to bring the parts (air vents) at the time of the installation but they quickly fix the issue in the following week. The communication of the office staff is excellent and it gave me a peace of mind.
I am also very happy with the products they installed. They are good quality with very good energy efficiency. The price was surprisingly lower than other companies after using recycling scheme.

Unacceptable experience, still awaiting a door that works and isn't damaged
Installation on 27th August, we quickly discovered deep gouges on the door, as well as several other scuffs on a supposedly new product. We provided comprehensive photographic evidence of all of this.
An inspector was eventually sent out, who clearly agreed to the point that he recommended new doors be provided to us.
On 24th September we were told the new doors were expected by the end of that week, and that the installation team would then contact us regarding a date. It is now 6th October and this has still not happened.
To top it all off, as of today the door has stopped closing properly, and so clearly it was not fitted well enough. I emailed info at fittergroup.co.uk, which is the email address given on their website for complaints, and my email bounced back to me. At this point I wish we could just get a full refund and go with someone else.

Our doors arrive fully wrapped from the manufacturer, and they are only unwrapped on site during installation. This means any imperfections can unfortunately only be identified at that final stage. However, once the issue was noticed, a replacement door was ordered straight away and our team followed the correct process to get this resolved for you.
We also apologise for the delay you experienced between the inspector’s visit and the replacement being fitted. Although situations like this are unavoidable on rare occasions, they should always be resolved promptly — and we’re pleased to confirm that your door has since been fully replaced and the matter resolved.

For anyone is easy to miss one phone.

Fabulous service , right from first call to end, our two fitters were brilliant, polite and friendly, happy to comply with our needs, tidy and professional . Would highly recommend.
