Overall, extremely happy.

The designer came and measured the room where I wanted to have a fitted wardrobes (two), experienced person.
He was busy during the festive period but he was on track for everything.
On the fitting day, two people, they have done everything from scratch, and exactly the design I wanted.

In the future, I will definitely contact them for kitchen wardrobes and TV unit.

Over the moon with my new dressing room. Ranjeet visited me a number of times in the planning phase so to aid my decisions and ensure it perfect which was so appreciated. No pressure to proceed.

Delivery and fitting was carried out and one order error but very quickly and professionally this was resolved and rectified and all completed beautifully. Would highly recommend. 🌟

I would love to congratulate this company for giving me my dream wardrobes which I am super happy with - after a few quotes from various companies- I finally felt at ease when Smiths came along. The designer Pratiksha was warm and supportive. She was extremely patient and guided me through the process and was flexible with my changes. I trusted her experience and vision and I am pleased with the results. The fitters were extremely quick at installing the wardrobe’s and completed them to a high standard. The wardrobes are quality and i couldn’t wait to use them. Also customer service was excellent at all times. You will be in safe hands with this company they are perfectionists. Thank you.

Smiths did a great job from design to install, from order to install was about a month which was good. The installation went well and great communication throughout. Would use them again.

Absolutely thrilled with our wardrobes. The designer went through all the specs very carefully with us, so we really had them exactly as we wanted them. The fitters were great too - managed two fitted wardrobes in two days! There was a slight issue with one tie rack, which was meant to go inside a door and instead was screwed into the inside of the wardrobe, but they came back a week later to rectify this. Would absolutely recommend - they look perfect!

Just had a bedroom and media wall installed by Smiths and couldnt be happier. The service from start to finish was excellent and Smiths made sure everything was finished to my satisfaction. The fitters Deep and Arman did a brilliant job and left everything clean and tidy, i was very impressed with their work. I would definately recommend them and use them again in the future.

We recently had a media unit and wardrobes built for our apartment by Smith’s and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first design consultation with Mr. Gurdeep to the final installation, the process was smooth, professional, and extremely well-organized. We had a bit of hiccup regarding the sound bar placements but they were skilled enough to rectify it the next day which is appreciated.
The team was punctual, efficient, and maintained a high standard throughout. We highly recommend Smith’s for anyone looking for bespoke, high-quality furniture with excellent customer service.

Cupboards look fantastic. There were a few small details we weren't quit happy with but it was quickly rectified. This was a complex build as we needed angle cut doors. I'm not sure how they did it but they did. Everything is sturdy and it looks beautiful. Really sets off the bedroom.

Very happy with the wardrobe, Gorav and guys were very helpful Extremely professional did the work very quick but to perfection.

They were very tidy and clean right through to completion.

Arman and vaybhovi the Designer did a very good job on the design of the wardrobe helped choose colours very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Smiths Fitted Wardrobes, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process! From the very beginning, designer Aman did an amazing job designing wardrobes for three of my bedrooms, tailoring everything to perfection. The designs were not only stylish but also functional, making the most out of the available space.

A huge thanks to the fitting team, led by Iqbal, who did a fantastic job bringing those designs to life. The level of care and attention to detail they showed during the installation was outstanding. They were efficient, professional, and left everything looking spotless.

Extremely professional right from the start. The communication was amazing and reassured throughout the whole process. They’ve been very understanding in our situation and agreed to do work over two parts- which has really helped us. The quality and standard of the work is outstanding! Very professional workmen and excellent work for my loft wardrobes

The men came in on time and completed the fitting of a wardrobe within the scheduled hour. They properly covered up the floor to protect from dirt and dust. The quality of work was seen to be of high standard. Both the workmen and the salesman are nice and knowledgeable about the fitted woodwork. The salesman is responsible and follow up every process to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused to client. I am very satisfied with the service of the company.

Very pleased with the work they have done, turned out exactly as I was imagining it with the half moon mirror and lighting inside the L shaped wardrobe with 1 tinted door glass my room looks like a completely different one. I cannot stop looking at it. I definitely recommend this company they were very professional and knowledgeable took the whole day to finish it and did all the work cutting on site. But they haven’t left until the work was completed which I am very pleased with. Is flawless, and I also must mention they cleaned after and were very respectful with the surroundings. Overall a good experience and if you have the money is worth investing in a well fitted wardrobe like this.

I must say I am really happy of their services received from start to the end. The designer Harpal was very knowledgeable, he explained to us everything properly and we are happy with design, service, price and quality. They acted on demand very swiftly. Will highly recommend them.
